Seahorse Sunsets is a beautiful two-story home located in quiet neighborhood in Santa Rosa Beach along Scenic Highway 30A. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The private downstairs lockout is the perfect private getaway when traveling with multiple families, providing the 4th bedroom/3rd full bath. Lockout suite also has its own kitchenette and laundry. The Main level of the home offers 3 large bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms, Full Kitchen, Living room, Dining room and Laundry.
The exterior of this home features a 2nd floor balcony overlooking the backyard, gas and charcoal grill, and patio table, but for those hot summer days the full-size pool is a great place to congregate!
This home also includes 2 complimentary bicycles!

We stay at this house every year and we love it! The layout is perfect for multiple families. The neighborhood is quiet and it's close enough we can walk or ride bikes to the beach. We rarely need anything, but if we do, the management company is always very responsive.

Excellent property in 30A. Super equipped and beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be to change out the sheer curtains in both bedrooms for a little more privacy.

This was a great experience and an excellent getaway. It is in a good location on the west side of 30A but also is very private and allows you to get away from the crowds of Seaside and Rosemary Beach while still being close. Property management was great!

Great Vacation Home

This house is perfect for our family/friends vacation. The pool is the perfect size. We love that it had more outdoor space and the neighbors weren't right on top of us. Easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach, Stinky's and Gulf Place.

Beautiful Beach House

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautiful and clean. There are several beaches in close proximity. We paid extra to have the pool heated which was well worth it during our stay in May! The family had a great time!

Great Family Time!

We wanted a quiet, relaxing spot during one of the busiest weeks of the year. We got that. Loved the private pool which was exactly what we hoped it would be. The kitchen was well-appointed and the furnishings were very nice. We had small items that needed attention and they were responded to immediately.

This was our 4th stay at Seahorse Sunsets. We love this property. It's the perfect size for our group. The pool area is always warm, even in November. The management team is easy to reach by text and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Great Place to Stay

This home is a comfy, well equipped, nicely decorated and super clean home that I would most definitely recommend. Everything is a short drive away and the area offers many choices in shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard pool which has a very wide “seated” area which was perfect for our one year old granddaughter. We had a little water heater issue, but Teresa was right on it showing service with a smile & professionalism. I would highly recommend this home for a relaxing & fun vacation!

Sun, relaxation and fun!

My husband and I stayed at this house for a long weekend. We had initially planned a family trip that then turned to be an adult only get away. This house would be perfect for both experiences. The house has plenty of space and everything you need to be comfortable. We spent our mornings at the beach, which is a mile away, and the late afternoons by the beautiful pool. It was quiet, it was fun and super relaxing. We have zero complains. Thank you!

If you’re debating, just rent it! We usually stay in Destin, but didn’t want to be in the middle of SB traffic/chaos. This house was in the perfect location just outside of the excitement. Close enough to run out for meals, but far enough away that it was perfectly quiet & peaceful! The house was adorably decorated to give you the vacay beach vibe, was clean, & well equipped. The property managers will very responsive though we didn’t have any issues. Absolutely no complaints! My family (kids 16, 12, & 4) loved this house!

Great Property!

We loved this property. It was modern and clean. The pool area is great, aside from the rock that lines the edge of the pool. Beware, it gets MAJORLY hot. The master was nice with a separate closet pass through to the bathroom. You can access the deck from the master and another bedroom. Would recommend washing curtains and adding something with a little more privacy. If someone is sitting on the deck, they could see straight into either bedroom. The location is central to lots of things. Beach access is tricky in June and the entire area was extremely crowded in mid-June. All in all, we enjoyed the property, just not the area.

Great Pool

This property was as described. The pool is fantastic. It was beautiful out back with lots of sun to warm the pool and places to sit. The downstairs is completely separate and guests need to walk outside to get upstairs which is a bit tricky in the rain (but the stairs are covered) and a bit tricky with children. Kitchen had what we needed in the way of pots and pans and dishes. It is a mile from the public beach, as described. That public access area has a great bathroom, a restaurant/bar across the street and is convenient. However the public portion is very small with private beaches on either side. We enjoyed seeing deers in the evenings and rabbits as well. We also had one snake sunning himself on the pool deck, but he was not interested in bothering us. Enjoyable stay.

Summer Relaxation

The property /location / cleanliness amenities were all top notch. The added bonus, which we did not know was that the 4th room was a private In-law suite beautiful and private with a lovely walk-out to the pool. The house was exactly what we needed. We are a military / police family and the quiet, proximity to the beach and the Charter fishing was just what the doctor ordered. We definitely recommend this location and look forward to returning.

Wonderful vacation rental!

We’ve been vacationing on 30A for 10+ years now and enjoyed stays at Rosemary, Seacrest, Seaside, Watercolor and Watersound for Spring Breaks and family gatherings. We were looking for a different experience this time - quieter place where my husband could conference call/work (we were here social isolating during the Coronavirus outbreak) and our adult children and myself could chill and catch up. The beaches were closed so having the pool (which is gorgeous) was so enjoyable! The yard was large and beautifully maintained and provided our family dog a fun place to explore. The house itself is fresh and clean and new, and well stocked with loads of white fluffy towels and all of the kitchen essentials needed for cooking and preparing meals. The neighborhood was quiet and tranquil with plenty of space between lots (refreshing change to homes clustered on top of each other in other communities of 30a). Great week.
