The large covered wrap-around lanai is great for accommodating a large group and has amazing panoramic views of the ocean. It has a dining area with seating for six, as well as more seating around the lanai. There`s an uncovered area with 4 chaise lounges to sit and soak in some sun.

The upper floor has a full kitchen to allow for some home-away-from-home-cooked meals. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, oven, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, microwave and more. Beside the kitchen is a dining area with seating for six and a living room with a big, flat screen smart TV.

All bedrooms are equipped with split system air conditioning. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom on the upper floor has a queen-sized bed.

The lower floor has a wet bar with full-sized refrigerator, sink and wine cooler. There`s also a living room downstairs with a large, flat screen, smart TV and two other areas with lounge seating. There`s a second dining area with enough seating for six. The primary bedroom on this level also has a king-sized bed. Across from the primary bedroom is the downstairs guest bedroom with a full-sized bed. There`s also a downstairs lanai area with a second outdoor dining area, also with seating for six as well a hammock, and propane barbecue grill.

Downstairs also houses the home theatre, complete with an 86` flat screen smart TV to access your streaming services in style. Comfortable seating for six.

The home has a garage with enough space for two vehicles.

The neighborhood is located just outside of town, leaving you a short drive from downtown Kona where you`ll find lots of stores and restaurants. Located just off of Alii Drive, you`ll be staying only minutes from many of the areas favorite beaches.

We provide complimentary starter essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and trash bags. We also have air mattress, pack and play, and high chair available for rent.
