PAPAS PARADISE is located in the heart of the Florida Keys just minutes away from the open Gulf of Mexico at MM 52 in Marathon. This 3BR/3BA single-family home is more than 1500 sq/ft and includes a large outdoor living area overlooking the beautiful canal and tropical poolside living area. In addition, the downstairs area is enclosed and screened so you can enjoy the outdoors and escape the mosquitos! The interior of the home includes a central AC system. The Master Suite which is luxuriously furnished with a King sized bed with an attached bath has views overlooking the canal. The second bedroom in this home features a Queen bed and this bedroom shares the large hall bath with the 3rd bedroom. The third bedroom is also a queen bedroom with ample closet space. The 3rd bathroom is downstairs and has a private entrance. All linens are included with this vacation rental. The kitchen is stocked with cups, plates, silverware, pots, pans, and enough table setting for 8.

The large screened-in porch sprawls the entire width of the home and overlooks the canal, dock, and pool areas.
The heated pool area is the perfect tropical living space with a grill area, poolside seating, covered seating, and tropical landscaping you will feel like you're at a private resort.

Our home has high-speed wireless internet and cable TV. It is also equipped with a washing machine and a centrally monitored alarm system should you need it during your stay. There is a public boat ramp located right down the street at the corner of Aviation Blvd and Harbor Dr.

The 30-foot boat dock will meet all your vacation needs and Includes, water/electricity, a fish cleaning station, and a bait freezer.
This home comfortably sleeps 8 people. There is plenty of parking for a boat trailer and two to three cars/trucks.

The rental does not include bikes or kayaks for liability purposes, however, we highly recommend WheelsToGo to service your rental needs. Drop off and pick up at the property is usually available and for an affordable price.

New Years Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay, it’s the third island breeze rental we have used and working with the company is very easy!, Out of all three houses we have rented, one being two doors down from this one. This house was my least favorite, It was the most expensive and just needed a lot of updates. The door wall locks, the blinds and the pool all needed attention. That being said it was very clean, and I would rent through island breeze rentals again!!

Great place!

We stayed the week of Christmas. Papas Paradise was perfect! Very clean, everything's we needed! Glad we paid extra to heat pool water too. Added touch was the Christmas stocking filled with goodies. My 8 year old great grandson loved the hot chocolate and peppermints too! Kitchen had everything we needed including keurig coffee maker for single or coffee pot combination! Even though the weather wasn’t the best we were still able to get few days of fishing. We brought our own boat down. The public boat ramp charges $25 to use ramp to put boat in and $25 to take it out. The bait freezer did have problem as GFI tripped and thawed out bait - we did best to clean up with hose. Would be nice if other bedrooms had TV’s too. Only master bedroom had TV and of course the living room area had one. The manatee on last day came to visit. We gave him water from hose as they love that!! Got some great pictures! We highly recommend Papas Paradise.

Great place to spend your vacation

Check in was quick and painless. The downstairs area is perfect for relaxing in the evening. The house is clean and comfortable. Location is great behind the airport on a quiet street. If you love being in the Keys this place is what it is all about.

Week of paradise

House was extremely clean, open, and bright. Pool was the highlight for our kids, we didn’t need the pool heated, either. There were a few pool noodles and floats at the house we put to good use. The house is on a canal and we got to see some manatees! We got to take a walk every morning in the quiet neighborhood (there were 3 streets that ran parallel to each other that we could walk on, plus a nice paved walk that ran next to the Florida keys airport. We saw multiple planes and helicopters take off and land (could be loud for some people, but we thought it was cool!). The public beach was 2.5 miles away. Publix was 2 miles away for groceries. The only minor complaint we had were the beds being too soft.

PERFECT !! Highly recommend

Our stay was 2/11-2/18/2023. The house was beautiful and well maintained. Pool was very clean, with all day sun. The location was great and the house faced the east so woke up to sunset every morning. Had all the amenities needed for our stay. Perfect for our party of 6, we would all recommend this place to anyone and will be back for sure. Thank you for great stay KW 6
