This gorgeous 2/2 single family home, with an extra large lot, has a unique second floor Tiki Hut, large screened in porch, open deck for relaxing or entertaining, private pool, and 100' of dockage with easy access to the ocean on a deep water canal!!! Enjoy the family of manatees, tarpon, snook and other marine life that live around the dock. Just walking distance to Coco Plum Beach!! The stars are incredible and usually
very visible on a clear night. For another great view visit Marathon's greatest historic attraction, the historic Seven Mile Bridge. The "OLD" Seven Mile Bridge is a place that comes alive at sunset. You will see families taking pictures of the beautiful view, couples taking a romantic stroll, or even individuals running and biking along the 2 mile strip out to Pigeon Key. There are many other unique attractions here in the heart of the Florida Keys. Some people may be shocked to drive past a turtle hospital which, yes, we have! Stop in for a unique and fun time. Experience our little piece of SeaWorld by visiting the Dolphin Research Center where you can tour the location and even swim with the dolphins. You can stop into the Marathon Visitors Center to get some discounts on all of Marathon's attractions and you can stop by The Island Breeze office that is just next door.
Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay.

Charming! 2 bedrooms, 2 bath single family home on a beautiful Oceanside canal. This home has been completely updated inside and out. Large kitchen offers island cooking top, top notch appliances, and all of your cooking needs. The home offers an open floor plan, high ceilings, ceiling fans in every room, high speed internet, and comfortable furniture to make you feel right at home. Flat screen TVs in every room with Xfinity and HBO. The master bedroom offers a King bed, the second bedroom offers 2 Queen beds and 2 Twin beds, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. This home offers a beautiful well lit dock with a bench, covered fish cleaning table, trophy rack, and underwater lights. There is direct, deep water ocean access. Home comes with a bait freezer, commercial ice machine, gas grill, gas fire pit, foosball table, corn hole game, and a fenced in backyard with a privacy hedge. Your pool can be heated upon request for a fee. Dogs are welcome as well, but for a fee. This large lot home offers plenty of room for multiple boats, trailers, cars, rvs, etc.

Livin like a millionaire!

This property is lovely! They have thought of everything. We especially enjoyed the screened in large porch. Had an issue with the keyless entry, but management promptly responded. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Vacation Home

Such an amazing and beautiful home with a great location. We had an issue with the construction of the tiki hut during the beginning of our stay with the storm that had come through. The high winds had blown the top of the tiki hut down which caused a huge mess of debris in the backyard. I had reached out to the number listed on the house information and Robin was quick and very responsive. The only issue was that the construction company had come to fix the repair very early the following morning when several of us including the kids were still sleeping. One other recommendation would be making the pool larger to accommodate the number of guests. It is smaller than most pools and because there was 8 of us, we could not all go at once. We would definitely recommend this home and would definitely return for another vacation.

From a Boater's Perspective

This is a fairly new entry back into the rental market after a change in ownership. The new owner has made many, many improvements and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are boaters and that was our top priority when renting this home. Large parking area for our boat and trailer before launching and after haul out to permit us washing the boat down before our final departure. We found a couple of issue after we first checked in, and the property management responded promptly . . . got in touch with the owner, and they made changed very quickly. The owner himself came by and asked for our opinions on what else we would change or improve. He is very serious about making this a repeat rental destination. Beautify house, lots of safe and abundant trailer parking, and a large, well maintained boat dock. For us, we can't ask for anything else.

Amazing house

We stayed at the house for a week and had a fantastic time. The house is fully remodeled and can accommodate at least double the 4 of us. It has everything that you would need to enjoy your stay. I highly recommend to anyone to stay.

House is well equipped in kitchen. Lot’s of outdoor seating upstairs with sofa, chairs and outdoor dining table and chairs. There is a teaky porch upstairs too with sofas and chairs. Everything was updated. Two bedrooms upstairs with private bathrooms. One bedroom has a king and other 2 double beds. Washer, dryer and kitchen appliances all updated. Lower level has a king bed and 2 single. Also living area kitchenette and shared bath. There is a pool, gas fire pit and lots of seating. There is a corn hole game and foosball. They have a freezer and ice maker in outside area. Large dock with fish cleaning. Great family vacation home.
