Ahoy Maties! Welcome to Hook, Wine & Sinker... this waterfront 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom vacation home is fit for every ocean-loving pirate and mermaid alike. View the sailboats of Boot Key Harbor right from your waterfront, ocean-side backyard. The views will truly impress your guests while they play cornhole, lounge poolside, or soak in the relaxing pool. Fish from the boat or your private dock and hook your catch of the day! Instantly access the screened lanai from the carport or the living area to enjoy outdoor dining and water views from the shade.

The living area offers coastal decor and ample seating right beside the nautical kitchen with an island ideal for wine and appetizers while offering seats for two guests. After a long day of fishing or swimming, watch your favorite movie with the family and relax in the living area featuring the same beach house decor found throughout the home and a unique fireplace area.

Once it's time for bed, you can retreat to your peaceful Master Suite featuring a King Bed and relaxing ambiance. The second bedroom for guests also features a King size bed, coastal decor, and tranquility, and is conveniently close to the hallway guest bathroom. For the young ones, there is a dorm-style guest bedroom with two twin beds that the kids will enjoy.

Hook, Wine & Sinker is also located close to stores, shopping centers, activities, and dining. This home offers everything you and your guests will need on your Florida Keys vacation and for all of your adventures.

A security camera is in place at the front door for your safety.

Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay. Also, although this home is considered “Pet Friendly” you are required to select this option when booking your reservation if you choose to have a pet occupying the home. You will be required to pay a one-time $150 pet fee that is non-refundable. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.

Florida Keys

First time to the keys and couldn’t have had a better spot to enjoy all it has to offer. Conveniently located to access all parts of the keys. The boat dock was perfect for the kids as they were able to fish sun up to sun down. Not only were the fish plentiful, we had a couple manatees that frequented the dock! Highly recommend

Relaxing Stay

We had a wonderful week stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The backyard with the pool and tropical feel was perfect. We loved that the canal was wide so the views were beautiful. We felt very safe. Loved having TV's in the two main bedrooms and having cable versus just streaming apps. Lots of extra towels. Kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great time.

Great location!

We had a great stay! In perfect spot for long bike ride to 7 mile bridge, taking boat to dinner, all around great location. The house was nice with pool and views everything was great!! Would stay again if we come back to Marathon!

Amazing property

Before arriving I contacted the property manager who allowed me to park my boat trailer on the property before check in. Made a huge difference. The cleaning crew did an awesome job, the house was clean and smelled clean. As for the view and the pool there really are no words to describe the beauty. Will definitely stay here again.
