This house, located in Grasse, is ideal for 4 vacationers. It offers 2 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 June to 30 September, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and WiFi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 6 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool and the mountains.
The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet and 1 including a double bed. The 2 bathrooms are fitted with a shower.
The house features air conditioning, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, ironing equipment and a washing machine.
Note that the cleaning and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 5 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 10 euros to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. You can come with 2 additionnal guest(s) on demand. An extra charge of 40€ per person and per night will have to be paid on site.
