Quiet holiday home near the beach

In one of the typical, romantic little streets, in the district La Playa of the Valle Gran Rey, lies the holiday home »El Rincón de Aítana«. The house, quiet and central, offers up to six people a perfect starting point for many leisure activities - it is just as close to the two beaches of the Valle Gran Rey, as well as the bars and restaurants of the sun-drenched valley.

The entrance of the completely renovated house leads from the lane directly into the spacious kitchen. The modern ambience radiates a pleasant and bright atmosphere. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a 2-plate stove, electric grill and a large fridge-freezer. A toaster and a German and Spanish coffee machine complete the facilities.

The living area has a sofa bed and a satellite TV. Through the living area leads into the two bedrooms, which are located in the back of the house and give even on hot days, pleasant cool. The two bedrooms each have a wardrobe - in one bedroom there is a double bed 150x200cm, in the other there are two single beds 90x200cm. Two extra beds are also available.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a sink.

An open staircase, with thick hand ropes, leads from the living room to the large roof terrace. Various seating areas, as well as sun loungers invite you to linger all day long. A parasol provides pleasant shade. How nice is it to spend the night under the stars! One of the nicest accommodations in our assortment.
