You have access to the 24 sqm terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Cooking nook with electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and washing machine.
In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Tučepi. The studio is located on a 700 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property and the street in front of the house. Parking is free and approximately 50 m from the house.
