Je suis content que ayez apprécié cette villa flambant neuve avec toutes les prestations qu’elle propose.
Je suis navré que vous trouviez la pergola bioclimatique de 40 m2 trop petite pour l'ombrage de la terrasse de 150m2. D'ordinaire les vacanciers recherchent le soleil en venant dans le Sud. Enfin, nous ne sommes pas un hotel, et comme je vous l'ai expliqué lors de nos échanges, lorsque le chien se baigne dans la piscine, il y a un nécessaire entretien journalier à assumer en plus de la régulation automatique par électrolyseur...
