Located in Las Americas Avenue. This Apartment has a great location. Only 10 minutes away from the Airport (SDQ / AILA).

WIFI and two parking spots are included. Automated driveway door with remote.

Each bedroom has a Queen sized bed, a closet and a TV with YouTube. Rarely you may encounter a very brief short energy shortage.

The penthouse is located in a 4th and 5th floors of a building. No elevator but stairs are very comfortable and the view is amazing!
