We offer you a generous and spacious flat, a unique place that we have created for ourself with a magical atmosphere you will not find in any hotel. It's a classic place with heigh ceilings and hard wooden floor, filled with hand picked furniture and original art work. Last century items mixed with modern style at an extra to your stay. We carefully restored this place and its old Budapest atmosphere in it. So you can imagine the last century, but also surf with high speed in the internet.

The elevator brings you up to one of the last floor. The apartment got big windows and is filled with light. We added an original Italian espresso maker to it, to provide a perfect start for your day in Budapest as well as a sophisticated sound system from Geneva so you can simply enjoy a unique living experience. Lovely, well equipped accommodation in a peaceful apartment building. A few minutes walk to trams, underground, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

Not full kitchen, small toilet room, shower luke warm, coffee machine leaked, elevator broken 36 hours, old towels, courtyard dreary, extra charge for towels.

I warn you for this guest, they do not want to pay full amount for there stay right from the beginning. Try to hide payments and then you see that they did not pay. Always complain about everything. And even if I offer them these and that, they do not know what they want and are not able to make there own decision. They also like to call all the time, send messages all the time and as a host you know, this is what you get in the end. It is the category about unhappy people being at your place and putting there unhappiness to the shower, lift, coffeemachine and so on. But thanks god we dont have to many of them. :)

We enjoyed the location of this property due to the closeness of grocery shopping, post office and other shops. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us and could easily accommodate 6. The only reason I gave it a 4 for accuracy of online listing is that it listed parking as an amenity. Parking is available but none is provided with the rental. The first place that was suggested was a parking garage but the only way to get out was to pay in Hungarian coins! We didn't have 800 in Hungarian coin on the first day. We moved to a guarded lot that would take Euros.

Wir waren hier als Familie und besser kann man es im Urlaub nicht haben. Einfach tolle Wohnung mit viel Platz, Parkett, hohen Decken, leise, gute Betten, sehr sauber. Fahrstuhl (bei zwei kleinen Kindern und vielen Koffern auch wichtig) - und einfach rundum alles in Ordnung. VIELEN DANK

sehr saubere und wunderschöne Wohnung im Zentrum

Wir waren hier zu sechst für eine knappe Woche. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und wunderbar gelegen. Außerdem ist sie unglaublich groß (jeder von uns wäre gern länger geblieben), mit Parkett, hohen Decken, Stuck, glatt verputzten weißen Wänden, tollen Lampen, bequemen Betten und last but not least, gibt es einen Fahrstuhl. Dies ist bei An - und Abreise sehr angenehm. Kein unnützes Kofferwuchten nach einem Flug. Die italienisches Kaffeemaschine und die tolle Designer Stereoanlage runden alles noch einmal nach oben hin ab. Danke für diese tolle Erfahrung und den wirklich kleinen Preis. M.S.

just WOW

A loverly place set in a great central location. It was close to everything. We loved exploring the area and finding great little bars and markets. The apartment had plenty of space and was well equipped and a great taste, high ceiling, wooden floor, heated bathroom floor, just WOW. Frank was very helpful and accomodating. Defiantly recommend.

Klasse Wohnung in Bester Lage

Wir waren hier mit 5 Freunden. Einfach nicht zu toppen. Wenige Minuten vom Jüdischen Viertel, gleich um die Ecke das Cafe Hauer mit dem besten Kuchen der Stadt und unschlagbaren Preisen. Und alles was man sonst so braucht direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig. Super Einrichtung nur vom Besten. Wir haben es sehr genossen. DANKE

sehr geschmackvolle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Wir kamen mit unseren Kindern und den Großeltern. Wir hatten einen Fahrstuhl was besonders für die Großeltern gut war und für unsere Koffer. Die Wohnung ist aufgeräumt und sehr sauber. Alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unsere Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause. Wir eigentlich auch nicht. Haben mit Frank dem Vermieter schon Weihnachten ausgemacht. Dann kommen wir wieder und feiern einfach mal in Budapest. Danke für alles und die tollen Tips.

Super WOHNUNG in SUPER GEGEN mit SUPER MARKT

Wir waren hier mit der Familie, einfach Klasse. Eine tolle Wohnung und Frank der Vermieter war sehr nett. Nicht weit entfernt gibt es eine alte Markthalle, da sind unsere Kinder jeden Morgen hin und haben frische Milch gekauft. War super. DANKE
