Enjoy this spacious 2nd floor villa with a large bedroom and a bonus room that can be used as a second bedroom or work space. Expansive dining area windows offer views of the lagoon and live oaks. Kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances; bathroom is tastefully updated. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and even bikes are provided. WiFi and flat screen smart TVs throughout. Expansive bedroom and living area invite you to relax after a day on the beach, tennis court or golf course. The villa has 2 parking spaces.

One pet under 35 pounds is welcome in the villa. A $75 non-refundable pet deposit is required. We request when the pet is left unattended in the villa they be kept in a crate.

Very nice place!

The condo was very clean and comfortable, as advertised. Nicely furnished with everything we needed! It was so nice to be able to bring our dog max with us! He stayed in his pen at night and when we weee out. We would come back for sure, I hope next April again! The weather was so perfect!

Secluded Gem

Great location, easy access to beach, use of beach chairs ( with straps) bikes, and anything you need for a getaway to Kiawah Island.

Comfortable and well supplied with all necessities! We had great weather and found the furnishings very comfortable and in great condition. TV options were appropriate and our dog loved the many walks to the beach and through the neighborhood. Just the right size for us and no complaints. We would stay there again, when we return to SC.
