Location is Awesome! This Mariners Watch villa is 200 footsteps to the beautiful Kiawah beach! Located on a premier section of Kiawah (East Beach) and is extremely close to the Night Heron Park, 5 Star Sanctuary Hotel, and brand new Nest Cafe and market. Easy bike ride or walk from the beach to the Sanctuary Hotel's outdoor bar and dining area. It is also a big convenience if you are renting a bike from the resort to walk over to the park if you need a rental or replacement.
The villa has a premier rating (sold surface counters, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances) along with updated cabinets, a bar area, a spacious shower, flat screen TVs, new mattresses, and new furniture. The villa sleeps 4 with a Queen sized bed in the master bedroom and a new Queen sized leather sleeper sofa in the living room.
The villa is locally managed so if you have any concerns during your stay you will receive a quick response.
Please let us know ahead of time if you are celebrating something special we can arrange for a Champagne Welcome, Fruit Baskets, Flowers and other Special Requests. You can even have groceries delivered ahead of time. We truly want you to enjoy your stay.

My husband and I found Kiawah on a drive from Pennsylvania to Florida headed to a vacation on Amelia Island with our two young kids. When we saw Kiawah, we cancelled Amelia and have been frequenting Kiawah ever since. We did stop by Amelia a few years ago and NO comparison. Kiawah is beautiful, minimal traffic, tons of bike trails, awesome beach, nice pools, lots of nature.
Why they chose this property
Beautiful Beach - rated one of the top in the world! Many activities for kids and adults, Tennis Courts and Golf Courses. Make sure to rent bikes and tour the island. Even when Kiawah is fully occupied, it never feels crowded. The landscape and wildlife at Kiawah is amazing.
