The first floor of the home includes the main living room, dining area, kitchen, BILLIARDS ROOM, a queen bedroom, and numerous areas for sitting and relaxing.

The main formal living room has comfortable, modern furniture and French doors that open on both sides of the room: one to the MARSH-VIEW PORCHES and the other to the pool courtyard. The second living room area on this level features a large flat-screen TV (streaming only), pull-out sleeper sofa, and is an ideal place for watching shows or your favorite sports game.
