Absolutely perfect property! You can see the caring and thoughtfulness the owners put into their home. Each space was beautifully decorated and the layout was perfect for our family- and it would work for a larger group. Our children were delighted by the pool and the kid’s play area upstairs was a hit. We enjoyed the screened in porch and swing too. The home had all the amenities and supplies required for cooking meals. We biked down to the Nature Center area each day. It was a lovely weekend! Thank you!

The Birdie

We enjoyed our stay at the Birdie! Owners have stocked the house with all you need for your stay, from beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, and beach toys for the kids. Short bike ride to beach and lovely pool in the back yard. Pack your clothes and enjoy! We would rent again in future-Kiawah is one of our favorite family vacation spots.

This property has everything! The owners are justifiably proud of their home, and clearly want guests to have a great experience. Interactions with the property management company (Sweetgrass) were suboptimal until we connected with the property manager herself, and she was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this lovely home!

Great property. very clean and exceptionally well-suited for my family with small children. They stayed upstairs as a family and then spent the day down with us. Pool was great, and the whole home was fully outfitted. Kitchen even had ear corn holders!!! Thanks for use of bikes, BBQ and all other facilities downstairs. Great time had by all!!!

The hosts thought of everything for your stay at The Birdie. From bikes and beach trailers, towels, pool and beach toys to a complete kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes and gadgets your could possibly need. The beach is a quick 10-minute bike ride and the backyard pool is a beautiful oasis surrounded by the breathtaking landscaping including live oaks with Spanish moss that just help you relax. You'll occasionally be visited by a deer or two casually walking through the yard behind the fence.The screened back porch with the swing lounge was a favorite spot to relax with a good book and listen to the nature sounds all around.The patio by the pool was a perfect place to start the day with a pilates workout.The accommodations were very comfortable for our entire family including a playroom upstairs my granddaughter quickly adopted as her own. Each couple had a nicely appointed guest room with their own bathroom.Our whole family loved their stay at The Birdie and we hope to come back soon.
