In little square you can see 2 houses (I lecci, La Pieve), La Torre and La Corte are in another building separated from the rest by a central courtyard to esclusive use of « La Corte » (I5269.951.5). The furnishings and equipment are well-kept to ensure maximum comfort. Very child friendly, cosy holiday development "Borgo", surrounded by vineyards. 6 houses in the residence. 8 km from the centre of Greve in Chianti, 32 km from the centre of Firenze, 55 km from the centre of Siena, in a sunny position, in the countryside. For shared use: swimming pool (6 x 14 m, depth 80 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 01.Oct.). Barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: internet access, WiFi, central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 04.Apr.. Room cleaning on request (extra). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km, tennis 9 km, riding stable 9 km. Shower/bidet/WC. Garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), conservatory. Facilities: washing machine, safe, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher. The rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Mosquito nets are only available in the bedrooms. Wunderbarer Blick in die toskanischen Hügel. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt. Wir haben die Ruhe wie auch den sehr schönen Pool sehr genossen.

Die Kommunikation bzgl. der Schlüssel-übergabe war schwierig. Die Betten waren für 2 Personen zu schmal und die Decken zu dünn. Darum für diese Punkte in der Bewertung nur Befriedigend. W-LAN ließ sich nicht aktivieren

El sito y la casa muy bien, amplia y cómoda. Pero pero si quieres visitar sitios los accesos (carreteras) son muy malos. El precio de la limpieza es excesivo 20 €/pesona, nosostros heramos 8 y pagamos 160€!!!.

Très belle vue, cadre magnifique

Très belle vue, cadre magnifique, tranquilité. quelques restaurants aux alentours. Voiture indispensable. Le jardin de la maison est en pente. Ce qui n'est pas très pratique pour de jeunes enfants. Surveillance indispensable. De plus, les escaliers à l'intérieur , devraient être sécurisés avec une barrière spéciale. Mais en contrepartie, la petite allée privative avec table et chaises offre la plus belle vue sur les collines et les vignes. Le jardin avec la piscine est très beau.

Very nice place

I enjoyed very much the house and its location in the middle of toscan nature. You can make easily make small trips around the Chianti area and can enjoy the swimming pool when it is too hot.
