Thanksgiving vacation

Nice house, spacious, love the pool. Speaking with the homeowner was very professional and helpful. She was very communicative when I had a question or issue. We traveled down here with our family for a Disney vacation, we haven’t been down here all together for 10 years. It was fun and it changed a lot since we’ve been here last but we made many memories and had a great time!

Wonderful Property

We stayed in the home over Christmas and it was wonderful. The owners went out of their way to decorate the home with a lit up and decorated tree along with other holiday decor. They also provided snacks, beverages and a number of essentials which was a lifesaver since our plane was delayed. The location is close to Disney and had cute decor throughout the home. The outside area with inground pool and whirlpool were clean and it had plenty of outdoor seating. The kitchen and bathrooms are all updated. There is plenty of room for large families. I highly recommend this home for a wonderful vacation experience!

Great location, clean home, wonderful hosts

We were so pleased with our recent stay. The house is very clean and the hosts are very responsive. They contacted me multiple times before our stay to find out if there was anything additional we needed or if we had questions. They sent information to help us plan our trip. They touched base with us after the first day to check and see if we needed anything. They were very accommodating, from helping us meet the Scooter rental company, to leaving us a starter set of groceries (which we absolutely loved all of) to just providing so many amenities in the house. We had 3 children with us and a grandma so there was a wide range of ages. The pool is wonderful and the lanai is great. The game room was amazing and provided hours of fun for the kids. The house was very clean and decorated. The location is great especially if you are going to Disney World. Easy to get to shops and restaurants too. Quiet neighborhood and easy to access. We will definitely check for this rental when we come to Orlando again. Its a great place to stay.

We purchased the property in 2021. Sarah is the previous owner and now co-hosts with us and still works alongside us helping with guest relations and reservations.

Why they chose this property

When we were looking to purchase a home, we had two main thoughts - there had to be a spacious living area where all the family could spend time together and it had to be as close to the Disney parks as possible to enable us to easily pop back home during the day.

As soon as we walked into Serendipity, we knew instantly it was 'The One' we had been searching for.

Fabulous beaches are within an hour's drive, the Florida state parks are just beautiful. Shopping and dining are endless and of course we have the beautiful sunshine which is the icing on the cake.

What makes this property unique

We love the fact the pool is not overlooked in any direction, the high enclosure gives complete privacy.

The outdoor living area is our favorite place and when we have friends and family staying, we tend to spend all our time out there just relaxing and enjoying time together.
