The home’s layout is perfect for watching the fun in the pool area from the living room, dining area and kitchen!

Enjoy the ping pong table and pool table. Relax in the bedrooms, each equipped with smart TV, cable, and remotes. Two bedrooms have been updated with brand new beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and overhead lighting. Great for some nighttime reading, catching up on work, or enjoying a cool breeze while sleeping. There is a fully equipped laundry room (iron, ironing board, and small bottle of laundry detergent provided).

Fun in the Sun

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and I loved that master shower. The hot tub and pool were also very nice... warm. It was a nice break from the cold northern temps. The yard was great for our dogs - they loved it and we could relax knowing they were safe. Thank you for the rental

Disney trip

This house was perfect for our Disney trip. It was a short drive to all the parks. The pool with the hot tub was a nice place to relax after a long day of walking around the parks.we had our two little dogs with us so the fenced yard made it nice for them. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, Large Home with Many Areas

The property was large, clean, with lots of areas to gather together, or be alone if needed after a long day. The backyard was spacious, with a beautiful pool, and plenty of space for the dog to play in the fenced in yard. The neighborhood was quiet and pedestrian-friendly for walks and a playground. We really enjoyed our stay!

Best location!

If you are looking for a pet friendly property close to Disney, this is it! The home was perfect for our needs when traveling with our doggies. It was close to all of the parks, restaurants, and shopping. I loved having the large fenced-in yard for my 2 labs. It gave them plenty of room to stretch their legs and play frisbee without having to take them out on a leash or locate a dog park. The house was in great shape and very clean. The owners have everything there you need for your stay. Bridget was great with providing all of the details and responded to my messages quickly. Would definitely recommend and look forward to booking it again for my next trip!

Florida vacation fun

Overall the house was very nice and met our needs. My only faults were that there were too many instructions to try to keep up with and some of them (such as trash pickup) did not matxh up. Also, only providing one roll of tissue in eaxh bathroom and no facial tiisues for a week long stay seems to be skimping. skping

Amazing Support

We stayed here through Hurricane Milton and the property manager and booking agent made sure we were safe and taken care of. Came out next day to repair anything that was damaged by the storm and accommodated an extended stay so we could still enjoy the parks. The heated spa and pool were so nice and not having to worry about paying each day for heat was great! Would highly recommend this rental for a couple with pets as the fully fenced in back yard was huge and very well maintained. Larger than we needed but well appointed vacation home! Easy access to all parks and restaurants. Thanks for an amazing stay even in all the chaos!

Perfect pet friendly family home

Both people I had the pleasure of interacting with were so great! The house was perfect and exactly as I pictured it. They had “puppy sheets” to put on the couches so that your pups could get up there with you if that’s what they are used to, which ours are. The ice and water was so refreshing, no weird treated water taste. We were very close to the parks and spent all day at different parks, then came home, walked the pups and unwound in the pool and hot tub. It was the perfect place for our trip! Thank you for making it that much more amazing!

Family vacation

We enjoyed a wonderful get away with our family including our pets at this property. The house was clean, very nice and just as described. Communication with the owner prior to and during the stay was great and we felt well taken care of. Property manager was super helpful during our stay and so nice to work with. We will definitely be back again.

We arrived to a vase of dead flowers on the table. The bathtub in one of the bathrooms was dirty. The windows are visibly dirty. The pool & hottub don't have safety railings. The screen around the pool has gaps at the bottom & holes in the screen, there were red ants around the pool & the mosquitos at night were unbearable. There were tiny ants in the master bathroom. The can opener was rusty & did not work.

We really loved staying here. It was close to everything. The hot tub was awesome. Neighborhood quiet. The only thing I would say the bed mattress were hard. Other than that I fully recommend.

Rental home

Our vacation was what we hoped for and we got quick responses before and while at the house. We were close to the theme parks. We were able to have our dog Reese , with us which made it extra special, because she is part of our family. We would definitely rent the house again. Thank you.

Nice property, would stay again. There was conflicting info on from what notebook/refrig said versus web site/front door and no gas grill, not a big deal. Really liked couch/love seats, hot tub was a nice set up. If someone can give me info on couck brand name would appreciate.

I must admit, I was a skeptical about this place… But after reading all the reviews I decided to give it a try… Everything about this place was on point…. The only thing that Needs to be changed was the Master Bedroom mattress, it was/is sunken in on both sides of the mattress … But overall I enjoyed the property…. And would I stay there again ? Yes, only if the mattress is changed… Then yes 🙏🙏🙏

We truly enjoyed this property. We stayed for 6 nights with our two dogs. The dogs LOVED the big yard and our kids were in the pool and spa every day. Communication with property manager was easy and she was super friendly. I highly recommend this property!!!

Gem in the Rough

This property could not have been more perfect for my family's stay. Yes, the living room furniture is a bit aged and not the most comfortable, and some things are a little worm but when looking at the rest of the property and what it has to offer any negatives were easily overlooked. Everything, including communication with the owners from the very beginning was extremely easy and worry-free. Bridget and Cicero were so easy to talk to and very responsive. All questions were answered in a very timely manner. I got the feeling that they wanted my family to feel like their home was our home for the week. The biggest plus about the property is the location to DisneyWorld and other attractions. DisneyWorld is literally within just a few miles of the home. Another plus is the backyard. It was a haven for our dogs - it was large enough for them to run free but also quaint enough for them to feel at home. Allowing the dogs to stay in the house was icing on the cake as they are part of our family. Although we did not use, there is a park across the street that would be a nice place for kids to run and play. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome, especially after long days at the local attractions. The pool table and ping-pong table in the garage were added bonuses as well. My biggest hesitation in renting any home during our stay in the Orlando area was wondering if the listing would be too good to be true. I didn't want to get "stuck" in a property where we didn't feel safe or that would create an uncomfortable feeling in any way in regard to uncleanliness or the safety of my family. This was not the case in renting this home. The home's layout is conducive for multiple families, the area felt safe and being there made us feel right at home. If anyone is up-in-the-air as to whether or not to rent this home, I'd say jump on it while you can.

Just perfect!

This property was just perfect. Clean and well stocked. Our dogs felt very at home as well and LOVED the large fenced in backyard. The first night we had a slight issue with the spa but I reached out to the property manager and she sent the repair man over to fix it right away! The property owner is one of the kindest people I have ever rented from. We are hoping to be back in the future!

Conference and Disney Stay

This was the perfect spot for our conference and vacation stay. The rooms are well positioned for privacy-- and the house is even bigger than it appears in pictures. The pool and hot tub were great after long days. Very clean- and quiet neighborhood. Great/quick response to our initial check in difficulty- we couldn't have asked for more.
