The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash & dry most of the towels before departure. if there's some left on departure day please start a load in the washer and you can leave a load in the dryer.
Wash dishes and return to their location in the kitchen.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool heating is optional - Let me know and I will send a Payment Request. Absolutely NO food allowed in bedrooms. Eat at kitchen table or on patio.
No sports teams, parties, groups of teens or college age. No visitors ONLY guests listed on the Rental Agreement will have access to the home.
Wash and dry most of the towels before departure. Return the attached Rental Agreement. No smoking in the house.

Our host was a great communicator, answering questions and giving the info we needed. The house is large with plenty of bedrooms and baths for a big group. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans . The game room is large and again well stocked. The pool is as advertised (giant) with large area for enjoying the outdoors and plenty of seating. Would definitely recommend this property!

The host was super attentive and the place was awesome! It was the first time I’ve had my whole family under one roof in many years and it was amazing! There were 15 of us and we had plenty of room and there wasn’t anything the house didn’t have! I was able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner for my family there. The care that is thought I’d id for everyone here is truly remarkable! I will definitely return.

You'll love this house!

A perfect house for a large family or group stay, plenty of bedroom, each with a fun theme. Plenty of bathrooms and showers as well. Large pool with attached hot tub was great fun for adults and kids. Would love to stay here again next time we're in the area.

This family-friendly home truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The beautifully decorated bedrooms and themed spaces were so thoughtfully done and made the whole house feel extra special. The layout was perfect with plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out. The directions all around the house were very helpfulThe pool and pool deck were incredible and much larger than we expected! The spa was just as impressive. We especially loved the covered grilling area with the large grill. The backyard was a hit with the kids thanks to the playground, cornhole game and ping pong table. The karaoke machine and game room added even more entertainment.It's in a quiet neighborhood close to everything! Disney World was just minutes away, all of the major theme parks were nearby. Shopping and grocery stores were super convenient along with tons of dining options within 5–10 minutes.The house was exceptionally clean and very well stocked — plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, trash liners. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need: pots and pans, small appliances, dishes, spices, foil, plastic wrap, storage bags - you name it. It truly felt like a home away from home.Communication with our host was wonderful — she responded quickly and was so thoughtful throughout our stay. We’ve rented many homes over the years, and we have never had such an amazing host. She truly treated us like family and made sure our experience was absolutely perfect!

The pool area and pool itself was incredible. House was clean and comfortable with Disney themes that get you in the mood for the Parks. This host thought of everything for our comfort. I have booked many homes for family vacations but this was beyond expectations. We had a wonderful time.

The property was amazing! Everything you needed was available. So many nice touches. Property was very clean, the big pool was perfect, kids play area was loved by our toddler! Great Place to Stay and Fantastic Host

The location of this house is great for proximity to Disney. Check in was easy, the home was the cleanest we've ever rented and Kim the host is super nice and responsive. It was also the best appointed house with everything you could need in the kitchen and plenty of towels. Pool is very nice. Instruction are posted in areas of the house where you might have questions. We had an awesome stay, this home deserves its great reviews!

Family of five stayed 1 week in late March 2025. Communication prior to check in was excellent, the house was as advertised. Great pool/hot tub combo. Plenty of space to soak up the sun. I grew up in Orlando (yes I was here before Disney!). Many years ago I became a booking agent for vacation homes. I listened to every request and comment made by all my guests and took all that information into consideration when preparing my vacation rental to make it a home that will make your vacation unforgettable. Most owners live out of the state or out of the country but live here in Orlando so I am always checking to make sure everything is perfect. Plus it's great fun to continually make upgrades to the property and hear the fantastic comments made by my wonderful guests.

Why they chose this property

This property has a Huge pool - the biggest I have ever seen. It's 20 feet x 40 feet. The spa is also much larger than other vacation homes.

It has a completely private back yard on all sides not just the back like many other homes that advertise private back yards.

The TV on the back patio is extremely popular. Many guests comment that it was much more fun being able to swim and watch a show than they had thought.

Super Close to Disney. This community is about the closest you can get to Disney.
