Amazing Family Time

The pool area and pool itself was incredible. House was clean and comfortable with Disney themes that get you in the mood for the Parks. This host thought of everything for our comfort. I have booked many homes for family vacations but this was beyond expectations. We had a wonderful time.

Awesome!

The property was amazing! Everything you needed was available. So many nice touches. Property was very clean, the big pool was perfect, kids play area was loved by our toddler! Pool towels, pool toys, movies galore, game room had so much to do! Kim was very responsive and accommodating. I can’t say enough about this property. We will definitely be back!

Best Florida stay we have ever had!

The house was exactly as described and pictured, property manager was very nice and was easy to communicate with and was right on top of everything we had questions about. The house is a beautiful place to stay and it has a huge pool, 19 of us and we all had plenty of room!!

This property exceeded our expectations! There was something for everyone. Well stocked, very clean and close to everything. We will definitely be staying again. Family Disney Trip

This home was perfect for what we wanted. Close to the parks. We mostly did ride share because it was so close. Loved the tons of towels. Owner was very helpful.

Well equipped and great location

We had an excellent time. This home is well equipped and the owners have thought of everything to make our stay relaxing and stress-free. I would definitely stay again. One small note, two of the many bedrooms have some open-space at the top of the rooms (more like a loft-style) and while that wasn't a problem for our group, if someone needs privacy that wouldn't be ideal.

WOW!! Theses folks thought of EVERYTHING!! WOW!!

Our children, our sister and brother , our grandson and our dog were lucky enough to find this home. Our 3 1/2 yr old grandson cried this morning because we were leaving. Giant Pool as advertised

This home was a perfect place to stay for our trip to Universal. The pool was fantastic! Plenty of towels and floats for our group of six. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, etc. The bedrooms were nicely laid out. Thanks Kim!

We had a great time!

We had a great time. The location and cleanliness of the property was wonderful. We couldn't keep the entertainment room cool enough, and my young grandsons had picked the star wars room prior to our arrival, and we didn't know one wall wasn't completely enclosed, so it was worrisome they might want to climb over.

Disney vacation

When looking for a fun pet friendly property to stay at, we found this one. The property was close to The Disney parks which made it very convenient for us to run home half way through the day to let our puppy out. The pool area was very safe with alarms on the doors and a gate blocking the entrance to the pool. The owner Kim was very easy to work with. We will recommend this house to friends and hopefully we will be back as well.

Amazing

From the time we walked through the door, we knew our trip was going to be a good one. The convenience of having a crib for our little one was priceless. They even had extra strollers you could use for the parks and a ton of bath/pool towels which helped us not over pack. From the amazing heated pool, to the comfortable themed bedrooms, it truly was a place we’d love to go back to.

Great location. Super close to Disney. Great house in a quiet upscale neighborhood. Very spacious and clean. Kim is very accommodating. House is fully stocked with anything you should need. Walmart is just a couple of miles away. We had 12 people...with 5 couples and everyone had plenty of space and privacy if they wanted it. Highly recommend this rental.

A little slice of paradise

Huge pool, lots of rooms for guests. All supplies you need just bring a toothbrush & paste. Walmart delivery was great & fast to the vrbo. Kim was very personable & attentive to all of our needs. Even put out the recycling & trash bins so we didn’t forget. Kitchen & closets are full of all needed items Kim is a great host. Thanks for all you do. Would recommend this home to everyone

Highly recommend: Multi-generational vacation home

Our extended family fits well into your home. Some did not want to go to the parks. They were happy to read by the pool. The kitchen is BEST I've ever had in a vacation home. The washer / Dryer worked well! Plenty of towels! AC/heat easy to use. We had a 5 year old with us. Thank you for all the toys and things to do! Pool care was well explained. We even figured out the door alarm;) Drive to the parks was simple. We did Universal first to get that longer drive out of the way. Uber/Lyft found the home with ease. We would stay here again, and I would not bring as much backup stuff or the kitchen and linens;)

All the other reviews were right. It's a 5 star choice.

The pictures are exactly what we got. Everything the listing said would be there was there. Many additional things we weren't expecting were there that helped us out as well. A griddle, croc pot, storage containers, endless utensils, pool goggles/life jackets/floats, etc. There were plenty of dishes and towels, everything in the house was labeled well to explain how to use remotes, light switches, etc. It was an absolute treat to stay here. We felt very much like the rentor cared about us and wanted to make sure we had a good time. We're hoping to return to the same property in the future. Thank you so much for lending us your home! It was an unforgettable vacation for our family.

Great Home and Hist

We have been traveling to Orlando the last four years for vacation because this is about as long as my son who’s in a wheelchair can sit in a car. This is the first time that the home was exactly as described. The home had enough space and rooms for me, my adult kids and my grandkids. Everyone had room to spread and and their was no issues with my son being able to get his wheelchair in and out. The pool area was nice, the playground was nice just too hot for the grandkids to really enjoy(no shade). But Kim’s home had everything we needed from cook ware to utensils even things you didn’t think of. The kids and adults for that matter loved the different themes throughout the home. We had a little medical emergency at the end of our reservation and Kim was very understanding and accommodating. It made a stressful situation bearable. Thank you again Kim. I would highly recommend this home if traveling to Orlando.

My family immensely enjoyed our stay at this property. The pre-arrival communication from Kim was excellent. She reached out well before our arrival date with various details that greatly helped us plan our stay. Any questions I had, Kim was quick to answer. After our arrival, my children were amazed to see all the room designs. I found that the house matched the pictures posted on the listing except that the house looked even better in person. There were a ton of family activities/games available which occupied our time while in the house. The swimming pool was clean, and the large size of it was impressive. We didn’t encounter any problems or issues during our stay and would definitely stay at this property again the next time we visit the area.

My family has been renting vacation homes in the Southeast U.S. for over 25 years, and I can confidently say this home tops the list. It truly has everything you could want in a vacation rental.The owner provides detailed, easy-to-follow instructions for every aspect of the home, which made our stay seamless. The house is generously stocked with all the essentials exactly as described in the listing, and the photos are 100% accurate. The pool is absolutely incredible—when they say “giant pool,” they mean it.Although the property allows pets (we brought our dog), you’d never know it. There was no odor, no hair, and everything was spotless. If you’re someone who doesn’t travel with animals, don’t let the pet-friendly policy deter you—this home is exceptionally clean.The location is excellent. We chose not to visit the parks this trip, but the property is close to everything Orlando has to offer. Everyday conveniences like Walmart, Publix, and plenty of restaurants are just minutes away.What sets this home apart is the owner’s attention to detail. Kim is responsive, kind, and clearly dedicated to making sure guests have the best possible experience. This home was absolutely perfect for our family — incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and truly family-friendly. The location couldn’t have been better: just minutes from Disney, close to major attractions, Walmart Supercenter, Target, grocery stores, shopping, and a wide variety of restaurants.Being so close to Disney made it easy for us to return during the hottest part of the day to relax by the fantastic pool, then head back to the parks in the evening. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, offering a relaxing retreat after busy days out.The home was exactly as advertised — roomy, comfortable, and well-maintained. Our whole family looked forward to returning each day to enjoy the incredible pool area. The outdoor space was one of our favorite parts — it offered complete privacy and was packed with great features like a covered grilling area with seating, an outdoor ping pong table, corn hole, a children’s playground, and more.There were plenty of towels for our large group, and the backyard pool and spa were impressively large with ample seating for everyone. Large Family Trip

We had a wonderful experience at this rental. Everything was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos online, which was a great first impression. The kitchen was well-equipped with just about everything we needed, making meal prep easy even for our large group.The house easily accommodated all 14 of us, and everyone had plenty of space to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was definitely the game room — the kids absolutely loved it and it kept them entertained for hours! The pool was another big hit, especially during our downtime at the house.Overall, it was a perfect setup for a large group or family gathering. We would absolutely rent this place again and highly recommend it to others looking for a clean, spacious, and family-friendly rental.

I grew up in Orlando (yes I was here before Disney!). Many years ago I became a booking agent for vacation homes. I listened to every request and comment made by all my guests and took all that information into consideration when preparing my vacation rental to make it a home that will make your vacation unforgettable. Most owners live out of the state or out of the country but live here in Orlando so I am always checking to make sure everything is perfect. Plus it's great fun to continually make upgrades to the property and hear the fantastic comments made by my wonderful guests.

Why they chose this property

This property has a Huge pool - the biggest I have ever seen. It's 20 feet x 40 feet. The spa is also much larger than other vacation homes.

It has a completely private back yard on all sides not just the back like many other homes that advertise private back yards.

The TV on the back patio is extremely popular. Many guests comment that it was much more fun being able to swim and watch a show than they had thought.
