we had a great time, the house was more than i thought it would be, pretty much all you need to bring are your clothes, the property manager was easy to work with, very nice lady. The pool was warm, the hot tub was great, overall, our stay was a 10 and definitely would stay again!

We had a great time staying at "Livin the Dream." We traveled with 8 adults, an 11 year old, and a 1, 3, and 4 year old. Of all my vacation stays, this was hands down THE BEST stay.The home was clean, cozy, and smart!If you are a parent to toddlers, YOU NEED this home. If you are a parent to pre-teens/teenagers, you NEED this home. We traveled with home cameras and sounds machines for the littles, and I was even impressed by the location of the outlets in each room. The host was kind, helpful, and accommodating.I would 10000% stay here again.

Family/Disney/New Years Eve

Family of 14 with 7 adults and 7 kids. 4 night stay. Close to Walmart to buy food. Close to Walt Disney World. Place was clean and as advertised. Check in was a breeze. We had a slight issue with staying an extra day for the door code and it was remedied immediately! We left a few swimming masks and that was taken care of without an issue. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home in a great location

This home was perfect for our large family vacation. The location was very close to Disney. The game room, pool and hot tub were the highlights for the kids in our group. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots/pans/utensils we needed to cook meals. There were no problems with our stay. We would stay here again in the future!

Memorial weekend getaway

House was just as pictured. Kids had great time in pool and game room while wife and I relaxed on back deck. Close to Disney Springs where we enjoyed a great dinner. Water park was great. Will try and return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a lovely house, very spacious, clean, quiet neighborhood, conveniently located near Disney. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the house. The neighborhood also has a large pool with water slides and a playground that our grandchildren enjoyed. Host was very easy to deal with, very prompt with responses.

Perfect in every way

Property was very clean, easy to find and access. Pool was clean and heated as promised. Pool towels provided and plenty of bath towels. No complaints on bedding, all good.

Great place/location

Laura, the property owner is very responsive to any questions I had. We took our entire family here for a Disney/Discovery Cove trip. It is close to all these attractions. Close to a full service Walmart. House was everything as described in description. We all really enjoyed our stay here. We would not hesitate to return to this same house.

The house is as described. Laura is extremely interested in her guests comfort and convenience. The home accommodated our family of 9 easily. There is everything you need. The accommodation were 5 star which made our Disney trip awesome!

FIVE STAR All Around!

Nothing short of an amazing, relaxing and cozy home with all the needs. My family of 10 adults loved this home and rarely left. We used the pool and kitchen and game room mostly and had the most fun. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, was just a great stay. Top notch communication with Laura before during and after the trip. Amazing host. We will def book again with you.

The living area seating was limited, with more seating in the front room than in the living room with the TV. The AC couldn’t go lower than 70 degrees, and the thermostats routinely shut off causing the house to heat up to 78 degrees. The TV’s were small in main living areas, and we had difficulty getting the TV in the game room to work. The kitchen is not adequately equipped for travelers to cook in the house, thankfully we brought our own cookware, and there were only two dish towels. Paper products including paper towels and toilet paper are not included. We were required to wash towels and all dishes before leaving, meaning you have to trust the previous vacationer washed the dishes before putting them away because the cleaning staff does not wash the dishes, and you need to allot time before you leave to wash towels even though you’re paying a cleaning fee. The house is a far distance from the ‘resort’ to where it is not walkable, and the resort is very small and does not provide towels despite what they say online.

Great to have a family getaway

This property And amenities was amazing. For this trip we had 7 adults and 6 kids. The kids all enjoyed it because there was always something they could do. I personally love the books where each night each kid can pick a book to read for bedtime. One of the best homes we have stayed. The owners were very helpful and quick to answer any questions we may have had. I personally will stay here again. Disney theme parks are literally so close to this property as well. We often stay at the Disney resorts but not anymore. I am definitely going to reconsider that and do this instead from now on.

All about Benjamin!

Property owner or manager Laura is pretty much always talking bout how much extra she can charge for any small service required. We requested for 2 small favors and both she wanted to charge $150 for one and other $50! We spent over $3k on the house and couldn’t get extra 30 minute or so to check out without being reminded of $100 charge for each 1/2hr. Community is gated and great surrounding only reason we stayed out for our trip.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

Wonderful vacation home! The property manager/owner was wonderful! Communication far exceeded any and all expectations, and Laura was very prompt with her responses! Anything we inquired about was answered almost instantly! The check in process was easy and detailed instructions were sent ahead of time. A nice welcome basket was available for us when we arrived, as well all the immediate staples, which made life so much easier. The home itself was well kept and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and everyone in our party slept really well. Plenty of room for our party of 7 and we never felt cramped or packed. We loved the neighborhood and location of the home. It was very quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. It was wonderful after a long day at Disney. The location is super convenient and close to the Disney Parks as well as grocery stores. 5 Stars hands down. We will be back to vacation with this host again!

Clean and comfortable in a great location!

This is the cleanest rental property we’ve ever stayed in. It was perfect for our multi-generational trip, with plenty of room for everyone to comfortably gather and, conversely, also enjoy private time. The community pool and waterslides were enjoyed by all, although I would say the fitness room is incredibly small for the size of the development. The location cannot be beat for convenience to groceries, restaurants (you MUST try Cowboy Chicken!), shopping, and Disney. I also appreciated how accessible the host was for any questions, and all directions and instructions for the property were clear and easy to follow. You will not find a better option, so stop searching and book this property ASAP!

Our stay was wonderful! Laura was very quick and thorough with answering our questions. Check-in easy, home was well-appointed, with thoughtful details. Pool area accommodated 5 young kids and 6 adults, easily. Resort area and playgrounds were wonderful. Close to alot of activities on 192. Privacy from neighbors was great, beds very comfortable. Overall our star was terrific. The home was very nice and was everything we were looking for and expecting. I gave only 3 stars for the check in process since we waited at least 40 minutes in traffic to get on site. I understand this is not the responsibility of the host but more help is needed at the entry gate during the busy check in times. I’m certain we weren’t the only guests and residents who were frustrated. It was a mess for all autos trying to enter the property. Those working the gate were polite and did a good job but it was terrible trying to get to the gate. Another employee out front could have suggested and help manage the process to get autos in the correct lanes for much easier entry.

I was born and raised on a farm in south-central Michigan, and am blessed to still live just 3.5 miles from the farm with my high-school sweetheart husband and 2 young boys. Before becoming a full-time mom, I had a successful 9-year career in technology sales.

As a family, we enjoy fishing, camping, hunting, baking, playing games and traveling in our free time.

We love our National Parks for the hiking, wildlife and amazing landscapes and have visited the Great Smokey Mountains in TN, Yellowstone in Wyoming, the Florida Everglades, and Denali in Alaska.

Once we started our family, we began using other's short term vacation rentals for long-weekend anniversary getaways and family vacations in Michigan and have always had a wonderful experience. We appreciate being able to cook our own meals for the most part and to relax and play games in a home instead of a hotel, not to mention we can create a very budget-friendly vacation by not eating out every night.

Why they chose this property

Our favorite warm weather destination is Florida. When winter comes, it's easy for us to take a quick Allegiant Air flight to several destinations throughout Florida. That's why we chose Kissimmee as our first vacation home location. It's ideally located to the most popular attractions and the resort we chose is known as the closest to Disney, but is very private.

We've spent a good amount of time at our place and can make specific recommendations to help you get the most of your stay - see our guidebook. We are happy to share our place with others, so they can create lasting memories just as we have. We feel there is no better way to spend our time and our money, but to create memories with the ones we love.

What makes this property unique

We love Windsor Hills Resort because it's close to everything and has so much to do!

We can go to the east or west side of the state to the beaches in just over an hour and can pick a new park to visit every time too.
