The house was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen had every amenity you would need. There were so many restaurants and a few shopping stores within walking distance. Disney was only a short drive away.

Very clean and comfortable. Response time with management was fantastic! I would recommend for family/friends. Just know their are 35s steps to the upper level. I would not recommend if you have mobility issues.

Check in was provided in the link before we arrived. The kitchen was clean. I did check for pots and pans and they were neatly organized although we didn’t use them. The pool amenities was very nice!

4 BR and 4.5 baths. Open floor plan, Pool, Hot Tub, BBQ. Large Kitchen and laundry room available. Smart Large screen TV and remotes in every Bedroom. 4 Bedrooms. 2 Master bedrooms with King beds and adjoining bathrooms. 1 Queen Bedroom with bath and 1 bedroom with two twin beds. 8 persons comfortably. Additional sleeping areas for up to 12 total available with sofa and air mattresses.
*Pets allowed, but must pay as additional person per pet, in addition to the extra cleaning fee charge noted. Pre-approval required.

Things that are in walking distance to the Margaritaville house…

On the Margaritaville resort, there is a main large lobby with plenty of seating, a business center, convenient store, bars and restaurants, the Margaritaville retail store, walking trails and ponds, Barkarittaville (a dog park) and a resort spa.

Sunset walk, which is also on the resort, includes an arcade, Movie Theatre Grill, H2O waterpark, several restaurants, Coffee shop, a Candy store, retail stores, souvenir shops, nail salon, a giant slingshot ride, along with events and live music on select nights.

You can rent bicycles, as well as peddle golf carts if you don't want to walk.
There are multiple Playgrounds around if your kids want to run around.

Other things close by: Formosa Garden winery, Target, Five below, Super Walmart, a massage parlor, TJ max, Ulta and many more shops and restaurants.

Note: Airbnb do not have use of the Margaritaville community pool or Fitness Center.
