Conveniently located minutes away from the Disney parks. Sunset Walk and Island H2O are also within walking distance. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex has over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, arcade, live music, farmers market, and spa. All you need for your dream vacation!

The Space:
This is a brand new 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom house located inside the gated community of Margaritaville. This property is centrally located, just a few minutes away from the parks and restaurants 3 miles away from Disney. You will feel like you are on the tropical island of Bahamas. Flat TVs with cable and high speed internet. Kitchen comes with the famous frozen Margarita mixer perfect for fun nights.

Guest Access:
Gated community.
Must show reservation at the entrance. Most guests purchase season passes to the Margaritaville waterpark called "Island H2O" with the money they save from not having to pay a resort fee and lower nightly rates. Purchasing a spa service at the St. Somewhere Spa includes access to the resort pools.

The Neighborhood:
Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Every member of the family will have a perfect vacation with additional amenities like a playground for kids.

Getting Around:
Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features: Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and SO much more!

Other Things to Note:
-Guests do NOT have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called "The Fins Up Club." However, with a spa treatment or service from the Spa, you are gifted a full-day pass. Most guests purchase season passes to the Margaritaville waterpark called "Island H2O" with the money they save from lower nightly rates
-Trash Removal Services are 7 days per week.
-Please have trash in the bin by 7:00 AM daily (please do not place any trash at the curb).
- Place any excess bags next to the bin.
- All trash must be bagged and tied in 13 gallon kitchen bag, and can’t weigh more than 30lbs.
- Grocery bags are not allowed. Loose trash will not be picked up.
- NO Liquids are allowed; please empty all containers and bags properly.
- All large and medium-sized cardboard boxes must be flattened and small boxes must be bagged.
-Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. before check-in.
