An untouched island escape where tranquil seas and spectacular skies calm the soul and recharge the spirit.This seaside villa offers guests modern comfort while allowing them to explore the unspoiled natural beauty of the sparkling waters and powdery white sands just steps away.

The main floor offers “open plan” living with ocean views in every direction. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen is sure to bring culinary aspirations to life and the expandable dining table accommodates both small and large gatherings. Contemporary furnishings bring family & friends together for comfortable indoor games and entertainment. Stepping outside to the 36 foot long covered front porch, guests can enjoy outdoor dining or lounging as they take in mesmerizing views of the spectacular surroundings.

Each of the four dedicated bedrooms (two on the main level and two upstairs) offer queen sized beds, flat screen TVs, air-conditioning, ample closet and storage space and en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own private balcony with unmatched ocean views. Upstairs, a large entertainment room/den easily doubles as a fifth bedroom with a queen sized pull-out couch.

On-site amenities include kayaks, lounge chairs, beach umbrellas, a hammock, and beach toys. A full laundry, bathroom, an indoor shower, two outdoor showers, and large 18’ x 24’ covered patio on the ground floor for added convenience.

House was amazing and in great shape. It came with all the amenities we needed and beds were comfortable. The big deck is a great place to sit out and watch both sunrise and sunset. The check in process and communication with the host and property manager prior to arrival was excellent. Our only complaint is that the property manager pushed us to get to the airport 4 hours early. It wasn’t needed and there is nothing to do in or around the airport.

From the moment, driving down the sand driveway you realize you’re going somewhere special. The house, gorgeous, equipped with everything you need and on an unbelievable stretch of beach. The views are fantastic. Great place for a family. We had 11 people for being children and never felt crowded. We will definitely consider returning. Top notch property.!!

This was our 2nd stay in this house. Everything was top notch as always. Huge capacity and very updated/modern. The island city water is on & off at times, but you don't have to worry about that with this house as they are on a well! No water interruption! It has to be the best location on the island. My favorite thing, with this house being on the point, the sun both rises and sets over the water (March/April). Nothing like a Spanish Wells sunset & this is the perfect viewing spot!

We were a family of 8 adults and two children and the house worked great for us. The house was equipped with above standard appliances and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to prepare any meal you would like. I believe our favorite was the covered deck and amazing views. If you are considering a place on Spanish Wells I'm sure you would find that The Dunes at Sea Oats would exceed your expectations.

Amazing Property

This is one of the most beautiful properties in the world. 270 degree views of beautiful blue water. We are a family that loves to kiteboard and this is a property you can kite in and out of easily. Property manager was the best and helped every step of the way.
