Beautiful, spacious home — plenty of room for two of us with a comfortable layout, high ceilings, and great natural light. The backyard and front porch swing were a highlight; we spent the evenings out there. Walkable to downtown Llano — restaurants, shops, and coffee — and about a mile to the river. A few friendly neighborhood cats wandering the yard were a fun bonus. Brianna's communication and the check-in/check-out process were seamless, and she even left us some sausage from Miller's BBQ, a nice local touch. Only downside is it's just one bathroom for two bedrooms, so keep that in mind if traveling with a group.

Great Home! This charming home was spotless. It was exactly as descibed online. The photos were accurate. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to "live" there for a week. It's a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. The shops are close by and the best bakery (Christie's) is not far. We will be back!

Hickory House

Hickory House was one of our favorite rentals we have ever stayed at. The house is nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. Our favorite part was the porch swing on the front porch.

Great little house, well stocked for a comfortable stay!

The house was really nice, decorated well, had all the necessary items and extra well stocked kitchen for cooking. There was also a nice backyard with a bricked in area with grill and chairs - great space to relax! It is close enough to walk to the down town and the river.

Beautiful house, they thought of everything

Very well stocked house, clean and felt new. Also liked the town of Llano, very friendly folks at draft beer bar walking distance. Drove across the river to The Barrel House and saw great live music and friendly folks. Wildflowers were fabulous this year.
