You are looking for an apartment for your holiday, a short break or to operate only for a weekend with the possibility of activity? Then you are for sure right here! We would be very happy to welcome you here in our beautiful health resort Holzhausen-Externsteine in the Teutoburg Forest in our apartment. The county towns Detmold and Paderborn are only a stone's throw away and offers our apartment an ideal base for many attractions, but also for all the other possibilities and options in our region.

The stunning scenery of the Teutoburg Forest and the Eggegebirge provide excellent opportunities for numerous recreational activities in the surrounding area.

THE LOCATION OF THE APARTMENT

Our property is directly adjacent to the nature reserve and the forest and is only about 1km from the natural monument the rock formation Externsteine. Both the little village with the resort center, cafe's and restaurants as well as the Vogeltaufe, the Sachsentaufe, the slope and the Stemberg are all within a 1km radius.

THE APARTMENT

The apartment has a separate entrance / access from the outside. To the apartment a car space for one car belongs right in front of the entrance door to the apartment.

THE ENTRANCE LEVEL APARTMENT

Hall with cloakroom with an adjoining bedroom, bathroom with shower (guest toilet) and a utility room with washing machine. From this entrance level you can come by a staircase to the next floor ...

THE GARDEN LEVEL

Taking the stairs will bring you directly into the living room and dining room, which has direct access to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a Miele oven and a Miele ceramic hob. You will also find here a Miele dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. You will also find a Senseo coffee machine and a microwave in the kitchen.

The bedroom with double bed has direct access to the bathroom.

Überaus sauber und korrekt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Die Waldwege eignen sich mehr zum Wandern als zum Fahrradfahren. Unbedingt e-bikes benutzen, viele Steigungen (bis zu 20%!) im Gelände. Attraktionen sind die Externsteine und das Hermannsdenkmal. Detmold ist eine sehr schöne Stadt, nur 10 km entfernt.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, Ferienwohnung war perfekt und sehr sauber. Die Lage direkt am Wald mit wunderschönen Wanderwegen in der Nähe. Auch sehr zu empfehlen: das griechische Restaurant Alexander der Große ( ca. 8 KM ). Wir kommen wieder!

Komfortable Ferienwohnung in toller Natur

Wohnung mit eigener Terrasse ins Grüne, das Vogelgezwitscher pur und die ruhige Lage direkt am Waldesrand haben wir sehr genossen. Die Küche ist für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt perfekt ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit Fam. Walter war prima. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Eine sehr schöne, gepflegte, geschmackvoll und mit Sachverstand gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Die Gegend ist prima zum Wandern, allerdings ist im Ort keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, das sollte man bei einer Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln berücksichtigen. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die FEWO liegt sehr ruhig und man kann zu Fuß zu den Externsteinen spazieren. Es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in dieser Gegend.

Gezellig en rustig appartement

Samen met mijn zus dit huis geboekt om nogmaals de Externsteine te beklimmen. Het is een mooi appartement, gezellig ingericht en alles wat nodig is en nog meer is aanwezig. Bedden zijn goed. Veel privacy. Gastvrouw was heel aardig en het welkom was heel hartelijk. In de directe omgeving veel mooie wandelmogelijkheden, de Externsteine zijn in 20 minuten aan te lopen. Wij hadden veel regen, maar als de zon schijnt kan je fijn op het terras zitten. Het terras biedt ook veel privacy. Wij hebben het heel erg naar ons zin gehad en komen wellicht nog een keer terug!
