You'll have access to a free shuttle to Sea Colony’s guarded private beach just one-and-a-half miles away, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, and a championship tennis center. While you're here, take advantage of the walking trails, the boardwalk, tax-free shopping, dining, amusement parks, mini-golf, water parks, surfing, kayaking, and fishing! Inside, the living area boasts high, vaulted ceilings, a roomy entertainment space with a flatscreen TV, a gas fireplace, and access to a screened-in porch furnished with an electric grill. The full kitchen has all the appliances and counter space the family chef needs to assemble a world-class meal to serve at the glass top dining table with seating for four. When it's time to get some shuteye, the main level includes two bedrooms, along with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Spend the day on the beach then come home to catch up on a good novel from the comfort of the loft sofas while the private washer/dryer knocks out your beachy clothes. The kids will love playing with the provided board games and you will have a great time challenging someone to a game at the shared basketball court. There are ongoing construction projects occurring throughout the off-season until mid-May 2024. Noise will be audible during working hours, but this vacation rental will be accessible at all times.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
