It was just what we needed. Quiet, clean and the beds were fantastic!! When I figured out that the bathroom floors were heated and there was a fireplace on the screened in porch…I lost my mind, those were game changers. It was less than 10 minutes from WCU’s campus. We had an absolutely lovely weekend. We will be back!

Great stay

House was perfect for our needs. My daughter and I stayed here while my son was at a WCU summer band camp. House was convenient to the school and town. House was very clean and as pictured. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed in this neighborhood before, but this was our first stay at the Belcher House. It is very convenient to WCU. We loved the home. It has all the necessities and is nicely furnished.

Blissful Stay at The Belcher House

From the comfortable bedding to the beautiful well equipped kitchen, I felt completely taken care of while staying at Belcher House. The community is quiet, calm and provides access to trails and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The proximity to WCU and Sylva makes for quick runs to campus or stores for provisions.

Adorable home

Was there for WCU graduation and couldn’t beat the location. House has all the amenities and was super cute. Walked on the paths along the creek. Wish driveway was longer and more restaurants were closer but a gem and truly relaxing.

Wonderful property, close to WCU

This was our 2nd stay at this property, and it continues to be our favorite! The size and location is perfect for our family, and we love the fact that we can also bring our dogs with us. We really enjoyed sitting on the covered porch in the evenings, and taking walks along the river. Highly Recommended!
