Such a bummer :(

We found this place as part of a girls weekend in Miami to run a 10k race together. Our flight was delayed and I messaged the host with no response about the check in process. Upon entering the condo we found broken furniture, 3 glasses, few other dishes, no dish soap, no paper towels and no detergent to run the dishwasher. There wasn’t enough bedding for each of the 3 beds for us - one of us had to use towels each night as a blanket. The four cup coffee maker had no filters and the overall vibe was pretty dingy. The staff at the hotel was pretty helpful but the unit was run down. If you’re coming: plan to bring lots of supplies! The check out time was also unclear: hotel staff banging on the door saying that check out was 10am, but the message from the host indicated it was 11am. The hotel staff was pretty upset/rude about that whole deal: taking photos of the message I was sent. Will definitely be staying South of Fifth for future trips.
