Perfect place to relax with air conditioning and 20sqm rooftop with view. This is a 24sqm apartment with two double beds: first one in the main room, second one in the mezzanine. Water sport, cycling or walking are just next door. Beach is less than 50 meters walk. Restaurants are available down stairs.
Quiet place in small village with small harbor. Airport Hyeres/Toulon is 15 minutes drive. Giens is also 15 minutes drive. You will be able to enjoy all kind of watersport, hiking, etc.

We are a young couple in love with kite surfing and waterfront walk.
Why they chose this property
We came few times before buying this condo and we decided that we need a pied-à-terre in order to be able to come as much as we wanted. This is a perfect spot to relax and spend a week or a week-end next to the sea.
What makes this property unique
We love the rooftop and the light the view offer for sunrise or sunset. We enjoy being able to leave the car and walk around during our stay. We are sure you will enjoy it as much as we do.
