Logement manquant de netteté, des aliments des précédents locataires toujours dans le frigo à notre arrivée, complexe et appartement vieillissant. Le bruit intense des fêtes vécues en contrebas du complexe vous animent toue la nuit ! (2x d'affilée en ce qui nous concerne) Ensuite, nous avons laissé les clés dans la boite à clé en partant très tot pour reprendre le bateau. L'hote a contesté que les clés y étaient puisque "le service gardiennage ne les a pas trouvées"... nous avons du payer 50 euros de plus pour qqc dont nous ne sommes pas responsables. Veillez donc à demander une remise des clés en mains propres pour constituer une preuve car ni elle ni nous n'avons de preuve et nous voici coincés... Notre bonne foi a été mise en doute et les frais supplémentaires ont été débités sans notre accord. JAmais plus !!!!

concernant le frigo, il était propre mais en effet j’ai des photos il y avait dans la porte une bouteille de lait et une de sirop de fraise et dans le congélateur des glaces. les photos de l’appartement correspondent à notre annonce nous ne trichons pas (carrelage marron dans le salon). Nous avons adapté le prix en conséquence 95€ la nuitée en juillet pour 6 personnes. Vous avez mis en cause le service de conciergerie concernant les clés (maison mais surtout badge de piscine) dans nos échanges à savoir si j’avais confiance en eux. Ma réponse a été oui et que c’était la première fois que cela nous arrive. Quelle exigence envers les autres quand vous même vous laissez vos poubelles dans la maison et oui vous avez omis de le dire ! Idem Jamais plus!!!!

Agréable et conforme à l'annonce

Une arrivée très simple. Un bel emplacement proche du centre-ville que l'on peut atteindre à pied en 10 minutes,une très belle vue mer et des couchage très corrects. seuls petits bémols l'absence de climatisation ( il y a des ventilateurs) et pour les plus connectés de Wi-Fi
