Our Apart Grünhaus is located in the idyllic mountaineering village of Ginzling and is an ideal starting point for a leisurely toboggan ride, fun on the slopes on over 135 kilometers of slopes, countless excursions, tours and mountain hikes. Whether summer or winter, there is guaranteed something for everyone. Take a deep breath and feel the fresh nature with us in the Zillertal. Bus stop in front of the house with the connection to the ski region Mayrhofen / Finkenberg etc.

Our Apart Grünhaus is ideal for 2 to max. 4 people. The apartment has two comfort rooms, each with a separate bathroom incl. Shower / toilet and towel dryer, as well as a newly furnished kitchen incl. TV-SAT, electric cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle u. Dishwasher. Ski parking, drying room including ski boot dryer, and a separate storage room / cloakroom are also available. 2 parking spaces, free WiFi, towels, bed linen ...

We were traveling as a couple and very glad we had that experience in Ginzling.Perfect acommodation with very kind owners.Excelent location,very clean and comfortable appartments which has everything you need for excellent stay.Easy and free connection with main ski resort.Would certainly reccomend this beautiful place for brilliand and peaceful stay.

Well equipped apartment, with very attentive hosts - in fabulous location

Ginzling - unlike some of the nearby towns - remains an authentic, likeable and calm village. It's a fabulous base for walking the zillertarel alps. We hired a car but didnt really need it as there are many walk from the door and a regular bus service between mayrhofen and the lake at the very end of the valley. Gerda and Kurt are fabulous, helpful and welcoming hosts. Can honestly say in many years of self-catering in Europe, I've never met such attentive hosts. The apartment is well-equipped and the bedrooms are excellent. The village has a nice bar and a hotel / restaurant...but no shop.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und flexibel möglich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gab sogar alle nötigen Verbrauchsmittel wie Spülmittel, Müllbeutel und sogar Kaffee. Wir haben gut geschlafen und die Bäder sind geräumig.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir wurden mit Kuchen verwöhnt. Selbst Zeitungspapier zum trocknen der Schuhe und Sekundenkleber wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch wenn wir nicht, wie angepriesen, 2 Schlafzimmer hatten, war alles perfekt. Die Wäsche wurde uns gewaschen und wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt.

Die zwei Besitzer sind super herzlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr heimelig. Man kommt an und fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl. Alles neu und modern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Küche ist super ausgestattet. Auch wir sind in den Genuss eines Kuchen gekommen. Boulder und Klettergebiet direkt vor der Haustür. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und eine top Adresse. Empfehlenswert.

Ginzling ruhig , aber für uns Perfekt , wunderschöne Tage

Wohnung bzw Zimmer wie beschrieben so vorgefunden.Küche ist wirklich top ausgestattet, Wir waren damit sehr sehr zufrieden. Selbstverständlich die Gastgeber Karl und Gerda sehr nett und einfach feine Menschen( abends hat man Ihnen sehr gerne zugehört 😀😀😀, dafür vielen lieben Dank .

Gepflegt, sauber und freundlich

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen und die Gastgeber sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bad und Dusche. In einem Schlafzimmer ist ein TV vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und ließ nichts vermissen. Auch hier ist ein Fernseher vorhanden. Es gibt einen großen Vorraum für Schuhe, Gepäck und Jacken, sowie einen Ski - und Trockenraum. Im Außenbereich gibt es eine kleine Terasse und die Möglichkeit in einer geschützten Blockhütte im Schatten zu sitzen. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einem Bach. Im Ort selber, gibt es ein Restaurant, welches gut war, aber nur wenig Wahlmöglichkeiten bietet, ein Cafe und das Naturparkhaus. Die Bushaltestelle für Schlegeis und Mayrhofen sind quasi direkt vor der Tür. Ein Brötchenservice wird angeboten.

Super nette Vermieter. Wunderschöne Gegend. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Und wenn tatsächlich einem was fehlen sollte, wird einem sofort geholfen. Wir haben zwei Zimmer bekommen, man kann aber auch nur ein Zimmer buchen. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!
