Cocoonr Agency offers you this 24 m² studio renovated in 2018 by an architect, bright, beautiful and practical to live in, ideal for a solo or romantic stay. It's just a stone's throw from the TGV train station and the historic Petite France district, a highly convenient location.
Entirely renovated in July 2018, this apartment is practical and complete: all appliances, a large shower, a queen-size 160x200 EVE bed/mattress, beautiful lighting fixtures, magazine deco fans will be seduced!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- Living room with a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs
- A fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, hob, electric kettle, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher...
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and heated towel rail

Located a stone's throw from the famous Ecole Nationale d'Administration, ENA, the studio is between the train station and Petit France, making it ideal for a stay in the European capital.
Arrival by train is ideal, but the Sainte-Aurélie parking lot next door makes it easy to come by car. A Tram station in the street around the building completes the travel options.

On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr Strasbourg team, the agency specializing in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand to help you make the most of your stay.

Access to accommodation is available from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser in a hotel opposite the station. It's about a 3-minute walk from the accommodation. ATTENTION: This hotel closes at 9pm, so check-in will not be possible after 9pm.

L'Éclat Urbain "Nous avons été déçus par ce logement. La canalisation de la douche était bouchée par une grosse masse de cheveux, ce qui laisse penser que le ménage de la salle de bain n'a pas été bien fait. Le lit était en partie cassé et les draps dégageaient une drôle d'odeur. L'appartement était à moitié dans la pénombre car les stores de gauche ne pouvaient pas être ouverts : la télécommande aurait été égarée et jamais retrouvée. L'appartement était dans l'ensemble assez poussiéreux, notamment sous le lit, sur l'étagère au dessus du lit et sous l'armoire. L'absence de ventilateur en période de chaleur était très ennuyeuse. Le quartier était assez bruyant et l'insonorisation n'y faisait rien : on entendait le tram, les klaxons et le gens qui criaient. L'interrupteur de la salle principale est impossible à trouver sans demander aux hôtes, car il se situe derrière l'armoire."

L'Éclat Urbain "Très pratique. 🙂 Logement convenable et pratique en termes d'organisation - proche de la gare, du centre, la clé est facile à récupérer, etc. Tout est bien expliqué. Il y a aussi du thé, du café, des serviettes, du liquide vaisselle et autres, à disposition. 🙁 L'immeuble en lui-même est un peu sale, il y avait des mouchoirs usagés dans la cage d'escalier. Le vis-à-vis est aussi un peu gênant mais pas très grave en soi."

Etage, gute Lage zur Innenstadt, Straßenbahnnähe, Cafes und Restaurants in nächster Nähe 🙁 Die Hälfte des Apartments blieb fast dunkel, der Rolladen funktionierte nicht, Abhilfe war nicht möglich. Nächtliche Ruhestörung um 3 Uhr nachts durch permanentes Klingel über 15 Minuten an der Tür. Erholsame Nachtruhe bei geöffnetem Fenster nur zwischen 24 Uhr und 6 Uhr, da immer wieder sehr laute Menschen auf der Straße unterwegs sind."

L'Éclat Urbain "Rapport qualité-prix excellent ! Quelques surprises toutefois, dont la principale : la douche est visible depuis la cuisine et il n'y a pas de voilage aux fenêtres. Les voisins en étage élevés peuvent donc voir les gens se laver. Pour notre part, on fermait les volets avant la douche. L'interrupteur du coin salon est caché derrière la penderie, il faut déplacer le meuble pour le trouver. Au final, avouons-le, le prix reste attractif et la communication est excellente ! Nous avons été bien accompagnés par Cocoonr. Nous avons pu profiter de la ville à pied, trouver les réponses à nos questions, profiter d'un café en arrivant... L'expérience reste très agréable."
