Beautiful house "Flova". In the district of La Marina, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 1 km from the sea. Private: terraced garden, 1'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (4 x 9 m, depth 80 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: roof terrace, central heating system. Stepped path (49 steps) to the house. Single garage. Supermarket 3.3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 7.4 km pebble beach "Granadella" 1 km. Tennis 3.3 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Schöner Urlaub

Schöne Unterkunft in einer ruhigen (höher gelegenen) Gegend. Man braucht ein Auto für den Supermarkt und den Strand, aber das ist in Ordnung (und eigentlich logisch :) Die 900m zum Wasser sind Luftlinie und auch dann befindet man sich an einem steilen Felsen. Also fussläufig erreicht man nur Restaurants. Im Objekt gibt es KEINE Klimaanlage, es stehen Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Auf einem der Bilder ist in der obersten Etage eine Markise ausgefahren, dieser Bereich kann aber nicht benutzt werden.

Belle maison avec qq petits défauts évitables

la maison est très bien située avec une vue magnifique et une piscine très agréable. Elle souffre uniquement de mobiliers vieillissants tels que les transats au nombre de 5 uniquement dont un très abimé ou les parasols bancals.

Casa muy tranquila con vistas estupendas al mar. Camas comodas y muy buen equipamiento. Esta en un entorno natural con muy poca edificación, con sus ventajas (tranquilidad) e inconvenientes (insectos y animales de campo). La zona nos ha encantado

Was zeker niet onze keuze..maar vermits ander huis niet bereikbaar was door slechte landweg van 400m(eerder goed als motocrossparcours) was dit het enige huis dat men ons voorstelde (keuze beperkt).Veel te veel trappen ..60 ongeveer waarvan meeste zonder leuning. Zwembad boven huis enkel bereikbaar langs gevaarlijke trappen. Kindonvriendelijke woning

Las camas y televisión y casa maravilosa

Dos camitas suenan los muelles al girarse y colchones demasiados blandos del uso. Una de cada habitación. Para cambiar. Y otra tampoco muy bien. La de matrimonio perfecta. El uso de la tele está restringido, porque mucho satelite.. Pero no se ve ningún canal de España, y con los tiempos que estamos no te enteras más que de noticias internacionsles sino sabes idiomas. Los dueños podian tener la delicadeza de estando en España se diera el uso de la televisión española Es una casa extraordinaria.

Ideal um Abzuschalten und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Super Einrichtung der Küche. Die Matratzen könnten besser sein. Der Pool liess keine Wünsche offen und die Lage ist perfekt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Jolie maison conforme à nos attentes avec magnifique vue sur la mer, au calme, superbe piscine et joli jardin. A 2 kms environ de la plage accessible uniquement en voiture ou petit train, pas à pieds. A revoir, parasols de la piscine vieillissants de même que les transats. Nous avons un souci avec le lave-vaisselle rapidement résolu. A noter des escaliers tout autour de la maison.
