Property was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was also very good for us. The only negative for us was not having control of the air conditioning and whoever was in control liked it much cooler than we would have preferred.

Because of the fires and horrible air quality in the area we asked to get an exception to their cancel rules, but were did not get a response.Extremely hazardous and unhealthy.

I was asked like an hour or two before the reservation time was due and I called VRBO and they said that the Renter? had to cancel online and then I discussed with VRBO how to cancel it. They cannot cancel directly through the owner. I tried but it was like too late to get an answer and I responded and she said she wasn’t getting my responses which were through VRBO. So I’m not sure if the communication system was not working with VRBO or if whatever happened?
