Gorgeous top floor elevator building highly upgraded condo for your anytime retreat in paradise. Florida room overlooking tropical Whiskey Creek. Great community center with gym, sauna, pool and BBQ area, a mtg room and sitting area for all kinds of activities. Tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, ping pong, library and billiards! Highly social community with excellent restaurants and happy hours nearby. 10 miles to Ft Myers beach 7 miles to downtown and 19 minutes from airport. Association Background checks required -fees vary. This is separate from VRBO and required by the HOA.

Ok but . . . .

This was the 4th move since Hurricane Ian. Eva was quick to respond. This is a convenient location with amenities and price point that reflects such. We thought we getting these BUT after full payment we found out no working ice maker, dishwasher or garbage disposal for a 6 week stay. We gave up an appointment in the final week when they requested us to be there for dishwasher installment. They bought the wrong dishwasher. —- I accidentally left 4 dresses when we left and arranged to get them hanging on the front door. My nephew (who also stayed there and is a security guard) picked them up and was accused of trying to enter the condo because he had to open the storm door to get them hanging on the front door. Due to our circumstances they did let us move in 2 day’s early.

Our VRBO ad states that unfortunately our very nice refrigerator has a factory recall on ice maker. We have a countertop ice maker for renters to use. Our condo was tastefully redone 3 yrs ago with new appliances and unfortunately the dishwasher broke during renters stay. It was difficult to facilitate with circumstances beyond our control - original dishwasher arrived with missing parts, Trying to organize with store, then calling renter, the calling delivery dept and person installing it - talking to 4 people back and forth - there was some call tag involved and scheduling conflicts.- we did our best to get it resolved as quickly as possible. New dishwasher was installed and works great. We were very sorry this happened. Move in was actually 3days early at no charge before any of this happened. When you got there you texted right away and said how beautiful condo was and how happy you were to be there. Our Condo is stocked like a home and we take a lot of pride in it. When your nephew came to pick up your dresses - Thru the camera on the door it looked like someone was entering and human panic set in. I was extremely apologetic - unfortunately we live in a very different world today. Your belongings were returned. We appreciate your stay - thank you.

I stayed in condo before you and personally cleaned it myself because I had time to do it before I left. If something was missed - I wish you would have told us first to be able to correct it instead of posting about it. We have a wonderful cleaning lady and your stay is important to us.

The condo was comfortable and well-equipped.

The owners are very accommodating; the condo was comfortable and well-equipped. Very pleasant communityand neighbors, but a little too far from beach; you will need a car and traffic can be very heavy. Otherwise, the pool was warm and exercise room excellent.
