Disliked: Check-in, communication
We did not actually stay at this location, as the host did not see our reservation and was not there to check us in. We had to find other accomodations last minute. When the host realized their mistake, they promptly refunded us and was very apologetic, therefore redeeming 1 star. They informed us that they are new to the VRBO platform and I doubt such a thing would happen again.
