Update:The entire apartment underwent a clean painting, new shower set, new pillows, several kitchen sets, all minor defects were removed, and the equipment was renewed!

The apartment has 1 bedroom, a SMART TV with satellite channels(access to Netflix), an equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Fully furnished and mechanized.

Toiletries, towels in different sizes, coffee and accessories are all in the apartment!

Obwohl in den englischsprachigen Unterlagen extra vermerkt war, dass man im Haus mit den Ferienwohnungen bei einem Gastgeber vor Ort bezahlen könne, war niemand anwesend, So waren wir gezwungen, uns zwei Einzelzimmer in einem Hotel zu buchen, was nicht ganz einfach war. Auch ein Telefonat mit einem Mitarbeiter auf der angegebenen Hotline war leider nicht zielführend. Die von mir angebotene Zahlung per PayPal wurde leider nicht akzeptiert. Eine andere Möglichkeit gab es für mich nicht. Der Urlaub war dann trotzdem sehr schön, schließlich ist Wien eine wundervolle Stadt. Dr. Bernd Hahndorf

Smooth stay with many difficulties and shake heads!

Communication with landlord only via chat until the second day and after some queries from our side. Check-In was a little strange because it took a few minutes to know how to speak to. Indeed of door code (not available) we received a door key, but no code to enter the house-door so we stood outside as we returned back to the house in the night (...)! Therefore there are a fat discount of points! The location itself was great in the 15. district with direct access to underground train and many stores around. Also we found an parking lot without additional costs in the next side street.
