It was okay, but I wouldn't stay here again

The location was great; right on the beach, with walking distance to the pier and several restaurants. However, the house was not only dated, there were a number of large roaches crawling around (including one in the silverware drawer in the kitchen, which was a little gross). The house is also for sale. I'm sure that the property owner is planning to sell the property to an investor, who will tear it down and build a multi-story mansion in its place, so I doubt he or she is planning on doing the necessary cleaning or repairs in the meantime.

Not clean

My only complaint on this rental was that it was not clean. Tubs and sinks fine, as well as linens but the floors, furniture and pillows (found this out as we stripped the bedding to checkout) were honestly, just nasty.
