West Maui Welcomes You Back October. Our communities of Kaanapali, Honokowai, Kahana, Napili, and Kapalua; we all welcome you. Please have compassion and malama (care for) the island during your visit. Please stay away from Lahaina Town while it heals and rebuilds.

Napili Shores F246 is the perfect vacation location. Explore all that Maui has to offer from this wonderful Napili setting. Close to world class beaches, snorkeling and restaurants. This one bedroom condo sleeps up to 4 people comfortably and is located in a two story low rise resort right along Napili Bay. This is a great home base to return to after a long day of adventuring.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

Great Location- clean!

We stayed here with our teenage daughter. Great location with the beach right there. The grounds are very well maintained. The condo was also well maintained. Would go back.

Good location, noisy neighbors

The location is great, but the unit is old with thin walls, you can hear your neighbors talk and yell at each other. The place can use some maintenance, the dishwasher is tricky to use, shower and walls need repair. The W/D are in a common area and not free. On the positive side, it’s less than 5 min to the beach.

Great location

We've stayed at Napili Shores before and really like the location--close to snorkeling, nice grounds, etc. This condo was nice, although the bed frame makes a LOT of noise when you move (like turn over) and the mattress and pillows could be replaced. The appliances could use replacing (dishwasher, fridge) and one of the ice trays leaked all over the freezer. Otherwise, it was clean and had what we needed for our stay, although it's close to the pool and bbqs, so if you want quiet in the morning, you'll want a different condo.

Overall, we were happy with our stay. A quick note the trash had not been taken out and was completely full and smelly. We had to deal with that. But your accommodations were nice. We had a great time lounging about And exploring the island.

Great location

This is a small unit but clean and quaint. Loved the location. We’ve stayed here twice so far so it was obviously good enough to come back! We wished there was more flexibility on the check in/out times with the property management company because having small kids and having late night and early morning flights was difficult. Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous location. Nestled between two bays that are perfect for snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, and more. The unit was clean and well kept. The grounds were beautiful. We had everything we needed. Would definitely go back.

Fabulous Vacation in Maui

The property was just as the pictures show. I can't put into words what a great place this was. The rooms, kitchen, etc. were prefect and the location to the pool and beach could not have been better! We hope to return! This is an A++++++

Comfortable stay in a great location!

We were so happy with these accommodations for our family of 4. The bed was very comfortable but makes a huge squeaking noise on one side. The fold out couch worked well for our kids. There were beach chairs and a beach umbrella to use. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cutlery. Unfortunately the weather was stormy while we were there (March) but still beautiful. The resort grounds are gorgeous and well-maintained, make sure to check out the pond, pools, shuffleboard, and gardens.

Well-appointed, updated, good location

The condo is updated and modern, location close to the upper pool. AC and ceiling fans keep it comfortable. Beach chairs and beach umbrella provided, as was a small rolling cooler (though the handle wouldn't extend all the way, likely due to sand in the mechanizm). Short walk to Napili Bay for snorkeling, short drive to Kapalua and Ka'anapali. Close to Boss Frog's and Snorkel Bob's for rentals. Eat at Joey's Kitchen and Fond in the Napili Plaza shopping center.

Great location

The location was great- walkable to Kapalua and Napili beach even with 3 little kids. Close to Kapalua trail - nice in the morning to walk along. Place was updated with new decorations and seemed to be renovated. Property is a bit dated. Needed more towels, linens and bath rug. Cleanliness seemed adequate. Gazebo nice to eat at but you need to wait a very long time because of the line. Decent place.

Loved the location near walkable beaches. Many amenities in the condo, like beach chairs, ice chest. Not enough towels, had one for kitchen and tea jar leaks and needed to clean up! Window shutters broken, lamp in bedroom broken. The stay was overall great. Would like to say thank you to owners…..

Decorated cutely and nice location.. Not enough room for four people as listed in posting on property.. would fit two comfortably. Limited towels, toilet paper, etc; No washer dryer as listed. Will not stay at this property again, but would be good for two people.

Perfect!

The unit was absolutely perfect in every way for my husband and I. Furnished very tastefully and comfortably. The kitchen has everything. The bed was SO comfortable! Just a short walk to Napili Beach, which we enjoyed for it's mostly gentle surf and clear calm waters. The complex was clean and well maintained. Great pools, which my grandkids enjoyed. We tried the Gazebo restaurant once, after waiting in line for 40 minutes, and found the food unremarkable. We did eat lunch several times at the Sea House, located at the end of Napili Beach and it was fabulous every time. Overall, I would return to this unit at Napili Shores. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our time there.

Great place

Always love staying at Napili Shores. It was a great condo to stay in. However the rental company is completely inflexible. They will not let you check in early at all and don’t even want you to as. If you run out of supplies you have to go buy them yourself. Never really have had a VRBO experience like that where you have to buy your own stuff (to, paper towels etc. )would not use them again. Had to wash our own towels and were told we are not allowed to go to the front desk for anything or we would be charged $75.

Wonderful unit in a fantastic location!

This was the perfect spot for our little family. West Maui is so special to us and I wanted to go back to the community when it seemed ready. This was a great location adjacent to many local businesses and restaurants to support and we got the opportunity to volunteer at a food distribution center right down the road. The unit is a 1 min walk from the beach and located next to the BBQ grills and back pool/hot tub area. Early every morning the grills and pool were cleaned. The grounds are very well kept! We made a point to sit down at the Gazebo restaurant one morning just because it was so convenient! The place was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The unit had small cockroaches which were not unexpected on the island but something we were mindful of when storing food (we cooked a lot also and the kitchen is well equipped). There were traps set up so I'm glad to see the management company attempting to abate the issue.

Perfect Family Trip

We LOVED our stay at this Napili Bay property! My family of 4 were very comfortable. Plenty of space. The condo has a great lay out, nice furnishings, full kitchen with everything we needed and even had beach supplies (chairs,umbrella,cooler). The kind sized bed is VERY comfortable and with the AC in the room we slept great! The condo is right by the upper pool which was great with the kids. There is a second pool right out by the ocean but it is definitely cooler and can get windier so we stuck with the pool by the room. Laundry facilities were great (they take Credit cards/Apple Pay so no looking for change!). We didn’t try the upper restaurant but we did try The Gazebo which was great for breakfast. You have to get there early though. There is also a pathway that leads to the walkway down to Napili which is one of our favorite beaches in Maui. Overall this was a wonderful rental and we will definitely return! We love Maui!

10 days in Paradise

I've been going to Maui before roads and parking lots were paved to Makena but first time in Napili. Although the brief glimpses of Lahaina town was devastating and it was sorely missed the Napili Shores was a good choice. Grounds: extremely well kept, BBQ's cleaned every day, and quiet time is actually quiet. Beach: short walk to sandy beach, rocky beach very close and well loved by a much younger group that me. Perfect site for whale sighting, albeit, quite a ways out but I didn't get motion sick watching. Condo: Lacked for very little. King bed super comfy and well, the sofa bed is a sofa bed. Everything worked, (great blender), furniture comfy and a rainy day in felt like home. Note to those that like to cook, there were no staples, spices, oils (bugs?) No big deal for us but you might consider packing or purchasing some in your first grocery shop. The Safeway and Canary Mall shops are open. Napili Market is close and provides great choices in their deli dept and poke cases. The fish market has really good, fresh fish but go early as they sell out. Truly one of the best stays I've had. I hope you feel the same.

Mom and daughter week in paradise

Overall, very pleasant with every need supplied. But we were hoping (& thought?) we had an ocean view. If you hang your head over the railing you can see the ocean.
