The bottom level of the home is made for entertainment. A game room with a pool table and a poker table with sliding doors that lead to the pool deck. Keep your drinks cool and your dishes clean at the kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink with ample counter space for snacks. Through an archway, settle in as a family for a movie night. With plenty of seating, and a pull-out queen size sofa bed, and single pull-out ottoman bed, your family will always have space to spread out. Spend time listening to music on the stereo with a simple voice command to Alexa and pull-out card games or puzzles. One master bedroom, with an attached bath, is on this level. A master with two twin-over-twin bunks with access to the oceanside covered deck. Travelling between levels is easy in this home, take the elevator from the bottom to the top level with ease.

The second level of the home has four master bedrooms, with attached private baths. Two king master bedrooms have gorgeous ocean views and access to the decks. Relax in the shade and watch the waves or, inside take a bubbly bath in the jacuzzi tubs located in both master baths. The other two master bedrooms have custom tiled showers in the private bathrooms. One queen master and one master with a double-over-double bunk with a trundle complete with a mini-foosball game, a seating area, and access to a shaded deck, perfect for the kid’s room.
The final master bedroom is located on the third level, a stunning king bedroom with a private attached bath with a jacuzzi tub and custom-tiled shower with a rainfall feature. Enjoy a moment of peace on the sundeck off the bedroom with views of the ocean. A beautiful wood ceiling of this home brings a cozy warm feeling to the great room. Plenty of seating from the three couches makes the great room the perfect spot to gather the family after a long day. Save the best seat for yourself, a comfy massage chair settled to the side of the great room. Stream your favorite movie on the Smart TV. Stainless steel appliances in the modern kitchen will make cooking a breeze. With plenty of counter space for serving and fully stocked cookware, dinner will be the heart of the vacation. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.
