Such a cozy home in a perfect location! House is exactly as pictured and immaculate. Very much felt like a home away from home, from the beds to the kitchen. The hosts were wonderfully gracious and accommodating. Very communicative with clearly laid out instructions. Couldn't have asked for a better stay while in town for a wedding. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. Worth every penny.Only thing I will note is, if you have a vehicle that is very low to the ground, there's no way you are getting into the driveway without scraping something. I have a large SUV and didn't have much trouble with it, just worth noting for others.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The house had a strong mildew smell as soon as we walked in, and the living room furniture had an unpleasant odor that smelled like old sweat. Outside, there was trash around the property, a child’s shoe hanging outside, and spider webs in several areas, which made the home feel neglected.The concrete around the property had several large cracks that could be a safety concern. The hot tub was placed underneath a tree, so it was filled with bugs and debris, making it much less enjoyable to use. Some of the bathroom furniture was also damaged, including a broken bathroom cabinet, which added to the impression that the property was not being properly maintained.Overall, the property did not match the level of cleanliness and maintenance I expected. With better upkeep and attention to detail, this could be a much nicer place to stay, but based on my experience, I would not book this property again.

Great Weekend in Davidson

Very nice place to stay near the center of Davidson. We enjoyed walking around the lake. The house was very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. It was perfect for our weekend.

Pretty decent stay

The house was super cute and nice but it was kinda difficult to find and the drive way scraped the bottom of my car… so if you have a low baring car just keep that in mind when booking. Other than that we were happy with the VRBO

The house was very clean. The outside sitting area where jacuzzi is needs big improvements…. Kind of run down and not much privacy if you wanted to use the jacuzzi. Which we did not.For the fees charged.. we expected a nicer home.

Oh, where to begin. We're pretty easy, and we'd normally forgive the lack of dishwasher pods/liquid, propane, and basic kitchen staples, even though we planned on eating in half the time. All the teflon pans are scratched. Not to mention the very last minute message from the host saying certain dog breeds were not allowed. But, when the HVAC stopped working in a middle of a heatwave, and we couldn't get a response from the property management company, it was just too much. Finally, 48 hours later, a HVAC company came. They said the indoor temperature was 95 degrees. It was an oven for us. The fix was a new capacitor and filter change, which means that the property management obviously did not do the spring maintenance for the HVAC, as those items are checked/replaced by any reputable HVAC company. Even after the fix, it was 79 degrees the next morning, which makes me wonder if the HVAC is under-sized. Absolutely no compensation for our troubles. Stay away.

While unassuming from the street its interior is very nice and was a great place to stay for a week. Great location in Davidson as well - close to everything. I had a bit of trouble with the keypad checking in but they were responsive over messages and it worked out fairly quickly.

This is the second time we have stayed there and the experience was same as before. Great host good hospitality. And everything you need is there. We recommend anyone to stay there. And the cleanliness is great. All around a good place to stay. Can’t wait till next time!

Would recommend this house to anyone. We really enjoyed it. So much we are going back the next week. Very nice, clean, has pretty much everything you could ask for in a home and very up to date. We really enjoyed it.
