It's hard to find better sunsets than the one off this huge deck projected out over the water. Bring the boat too. This is basically our second house, so it has most everything you need. That's EXACTLY what you need, rest, relaxation a great stereo system, views, swimming, a sweet boat dock, cold beverages and a BBQ! DISH Network with tons of additional DVD's just in case. We have basically everything there you will need. Seriously, bring your cloths, bathroom stuff, food and BYOB. Other than that, we probably have it. Kitchen has all 3 different ways to make coffee, toaster, Ninja bullet, microwave, utensils, silverware, paper plates, towels, serving trays ect. Fridge will have condiments, spices and additional sauces if that's ok with you. Bathroom has beach towels, shower towels ect, first aid kit, a few sunblock lotions, Benadryl spray, hair dryer shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Wood for little camp fires and smores, if theirs not a burn ban, smores sticks, popcorn, shade umbrellas lots of chairs and chase loungers on the huge deck for sun!!
