Villa Xanthos is built at the foot of the beautiful slopes of Orkos above the bay of Karades, overlooking the beach of Plaka, the islet of Mikri Vigla and the island of Paros.
It is located just a 10-minute walk from Plaka Beach, one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches and 9 km from Naxos Town.
Xanthos built & decorated in a traditional Cycladic architecture model
is designed for a stay with family or friends of 4 to 8 people.
The villa is composed of spacious rooms on 3 levels.
On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds, fitted wardrobes and mosquito nets, blade fans (for the sake of ecology), 1 bathroom and toilet, and an opening to the horizon with magnificent sea views from a large balcony.
On the ground floor: 1 large living room with fully equipped kitchen, 1 laundry room with toilet, mosquito nets, blade fan (always in an ecological spirit!!) all with direct access to the garden.
On the garden level: 2 bedrooms with double beds, cupboards and mosquito nets, 1 bathroom and toilet, a relaxation room with fridge, opening onto a large terrace, a stepped garden to access the dining/barbecue area sheltered under the pergolas.

Xanthos with its Mediterranean ornamental garden, made up of water-saving plants, will share with you to accompany your meals its aromatic plants, basil, sage, rosemary, its fruits, tomatoes ..
