Nous avons attendu 1h30 avant de pouvoir entrer dans le logement. Le propriétaire n'est pas du tout réactif. Très mauvaise communication. De plus l'adresse du logement est erronée. Ce n'est pas au 1 rue Klein mais au 19 bis rue Klein. Logement proposé pour 2 personnes maxi et il n'y a qu'une seule chaise. La literie est bonne, les draps et serviettes sont propres mais pour le reste du logement ce n'est pas très propre. Nous avons dû laver tous les couverts à notre arrivée car tous gras, sales. Le frigo ne fonctionne pas très bien car le fraiseur n'est pas dégivrer. Pas contente de la prestation.

Mais comme vous vous êtes présentés 1h30 en avance vis à vis de l'heure du check-in sans les instructions d'arrivée, nous ne pouvions pas vous donner accès selon vos conditions. Comme indiqué, les locataires vous précédant directement avaient cassé une chaise. Nous l'avons découvert le matin même. Je vous avait indiqué que nous n’avions pas eu le temps d'acheter une autre chaise. L'appartement est systématiquement nettoyé par des professionnels. Bien cordialement
