The perfect vacation home for families!
If you are looking for a vacation home in Show Low or around Pinetop area I definitely recommend the Ivy Cabin. It is beautiful! Jamie was extra accommodating and easy to communicate with, we had everything we needed and more! There was one bedroom downstairs, the master which is huge with a day bed that was perfect for our two year old and clean pack and play crib for our baby. The bathroom is beautiful with an amazing jet tub, walk in shower stocked with shampoo conditioner and body wash. Double sink with hair dryer, makeup mirror, cotton swaps and cotton balls. Plenty of nice soft towels were provided for our stay. Also downstairs is the “Arizona room” which we spent so much time in with the windows open playing games and watching movies with the kids. This leads to the back porch with propane grill and there are picnic tables, hammocks, and horseshoes. The kitchen had everything we needed the fridge is huge, they had pretty much any utensil, pan, crockpot, dishware you would need. When someone burned themselves in hot oil we quickly found a first aid kit. There were even many condiments, spices etc available. The kids fully utilized the charging station that was set up in the kitchen and of course us adults loved the Keurig that can do a pot of coffee or singles. There was creamers and tea for the cute kettle. We had a talent show in the living room where one of the girls even entertained us with the provided acoustic guitar. The garage had ping pong and light exercise equipment, umbrellas and even a badminton net. Heading upstairs is a bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony, bedroom with extra day bed with trundle, and what looked like two extra twin beds/cots in the closet, bedroom for kids with three twin beds and then a shared bathroom in upstairs living space. The kids loved being upstairs with a sitting area with couches and tv (all TVs had access to Netflix and other apps) and the game room which had the mini pool table (converts to air hockey) , basketball game (huge hit), connect four, a cute little push car and many other board games. Oh ya, baby hates, baby high chair and even Alexa devices are also provided. You are in a quiet neighborhood but surrounded by trees and felt very private. Plenty of space to explore, collect pine cones and find cool bugs. There are some small cactus growing around the property so we had to watch out for those with the small kids. We all had the most amazing time and would absolutely recommend!
