What a cool house with a combination of old school Vermont and new upgraded kitchen. Lots of room and comfort. We went for a week of skiing with Bolton Valley less than 20 minutes away and Sugarbush less than 30. What really put the trip over the top was the proximity to fantastic restaurants and bars for the apres ski. Book this with confidence.
Property worked for our purposes - x-large space, a bit-dated decor/furniture, kitchen was nice and new, mattresses could use updating, needed some blinds in the dinning room (felt like the neighborhood was able to watch us), and some items needed a deep clean (washer, shower mat). Location is great, and check in process was super easy. Not sure it can truly accommodate 6 as currently set up - we had 5 and there was no bed for a 6th person. With some tweaks, we’d stay there again.
Space was actually nicer than advertised and we had a great stay. Read the full description and book this place for sure, more like a 3br and its in great shape. Will stay again here for sure.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment.Plenty of parking. Can walk easily to downtown Waterbury and a short drive for stores and activities. Host responsive to our needs.
Older house, but many areas upgraded, including kitchen. Just a 1/2 a block from downtown. Mattresses are ready to replace. Needs attention in the bathrooms, a towel rack would be nice.
Home is very close to business area of historic Waterbury. Quaint and quiet location with very updated kitchen and pretty basic bedrooms and bath. Lots and lots of space. Huge dining room and generous living room and smaller back room. Probably better for a family than just two. Location is great for attractions in Stowe and close enough to Shelburne and Burlington.
Good stay in a nice warm apartment in downtown Waterbury.

My group stayed here to ski stowe for a few days and had a great time! Great location, spacious, clean apartment. It was a great place to come back to after a day on the mountain.
We very much enjoyed our day in this beautiful renovated home. One block away from everything that Waterbury has to offer. Tim, the owner, was responsive and easy to work with. Large comfortable space to stay. Laundry and air-conditioning were much appreciated as was the Keurig coffee maker.
Myself and my family had an excellent time at this property. It had a ton of space that we would otherwise never have enjoyed, and it was clean. Wifi was good, amenities were excellent. We also enjoyed the town, as we could walk into town and find excellent dining options. The next time we visit, we would not hesitate to stay here.
This property is spacious & perfect for walking into the village area for food & drinks.

Yes, this is an older property. The fans are only in the bedrooms and are loud. But the house is also so much bigger than I was expecting and has so much charm to it. And the town of Waterbury is so cute and very walkable. Tip for those driving in really late at night. Don’t expect anything to be open late so plan ahead for dinner.
A surprising amount of space actually with the dinning room and the laundry room, felt like we had a whole house to ourselves.

This was a great stay! The location was perfect, walkable to shops and restaurants. Locals seemed super friendly. All round great. The apartment was huge and served it's purpose, but parts of it just felt a bit strange. Like the matchstick favours from a wedding in the 80's in the coffee storage jar. It was super quaint though and clean enough.if you're expecting a sparkling clean and minimalist apartment - Don't stay here... but if you want somewhere quirky to stay in a good location with the essentials this place is perfect. It just needs a little love ☺️

This is a fantastic spot to stay. It was spacious and in walking distance of many places in town. There was also ample parking available. The property looked and felt as if it had been thoroughly cleaned prior to my arrival.
The house was beautifully decorated with antiques which may not be ideal for guests with toddlers. I enjoyed the antiques as they gave the property a unique feel and allowed me to discover beautiful new details every day.
This property was perfect for me as I was there on a longer stay. I highly recommend this staying here if you are in Waterbury for a while and want a spot where you can be settled and make your own meals as well as have a quiet space to work from. I booked it last minute and I am so grateful that it was available.
The Wifi was also great as I was working some from the property. It was fast and easy to log on to.

Cute, spacious apartment in a great location, filled with nice antiques and collectibles. Housekeeping was severely lacking as there was visible dust on all the furniture, cobwebs in the closets, in the showers, and behind furniture. Pillows and linens were old and shabby. No washcloths were available. Toaster\oven in kitchen was very dirty and filled with food crumbs.

great location, but dirty and noxious fumes
The location is amazing - downtown Waterbury, a very short walk to the city center.
- House is very nice looking from the outside, and spacious. Has that historical New England look and feel.
- Check-in process was quick and easy - just a key code to the door. So far, it's a solid 5/5 for the rating.
- That's until you use one of the two washrooms: one washroom is absolutely filthy - dirt, construction dust and grime on all surfaces. I have pictures to prove it, but this site doesn't allow that.
- There was a strong chemical smell - epoxy resin/glue - that you could not ignore, and that gave me headaches - I could not wait to leave.
I'd consider going back if the unit was properly clean and didn't reek of an epoxy resin smell. Had I know that before booking, I would definitely have stayed elsewhere and had a much more enjoyable visit.
