Pluses: good location, decent amount of space, clean, kitchen reasonably furnished.Minuses: two VERY steep staircases (unit is on second and third floors), bedrooms get very warm and windows don't open/lack screens, nearby trains run and blow horns around the clock.

Great location and communication

Very cute little apartment in the heart of Dover. Very clean and easy to access. Parking was never an issue, within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants and Dover, easy to get to the train station and out to the coast. Great stay!

Nice area and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Be careful of parking though. We ended up getting towed because we parked in the wrong spot (our fault). We will stay there again if ever returning to Dover.

Nice visit!

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Great location. Lots to do within walking distance. As most reviewers have stated, the steps are very steep but we were already aware of this fact. Very clean!

Great option for large family or friends

Three rooms were available: #1 and #2 with a queen bed, and #3 with two queen beds. However, one of the rooms is slightly too small.The rooms were located in a walkable area.

Right at home in Dover

We enjoyed staying in this lovely 3 bedroom unit. It was centrally located and walkable to restaurants, stores, etc. There are a lot of stairs so be prepared! I liked that we all got our own rooms and had space to spread out a little. Complimentary wine and chilled glasses were a nice touch. Enjoyed the coffee bar in the mornings. Would love to stay again!

Cozy and Affordable

Cozy apartment nestled in downtown Dover. Complimentary bottle of wine and the unit was spotless! The water quality is not great so would not recommend drinking from the taps however the coffee station is wonderful and the bedrooms are spacious, tidy and comfortable! Great area for downtown access. Slightly small but overall a great place to stay if you’re looking for something close to downtown area.

Hidden Gem

The apartment was immaculate and tastefully decorated. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood yet just around the corner from several great shops and restaurants. Communication with the owner was wonderfully quick and friendly. Next time we are in or near Dover you can bet we will stay there again. John and Maureen.

Visiting family

We had a lovely time visiting with family & exploring the quaint town of Dover. The location of the property is located perfectly downtown near the shops & cute little cafes. The only drawback of the property is the steep stairways, it made bringing the luggage up & down an arduous affair. But other than that it met our needs perfectly.

Beautiful Place!

My friends and I enjoyed staying at Trevor’s place. There was more than enough room for us 5. The house had everything you would need. We forgot shower towels and pots and pans to use for cooking but Trevor had both along with many other things such as some games and books. He was very good at communicating and responded quickly. I would definitely stay there again!

Downtown Dover

Travis has a great place in a fantastic spot. We found no issues with parking and getting into the unit was easy. The apartment was very clean and met our needs for a weekend stay. The stairs are very steep on both levels but it adds to the old home charm. I would definitely stay again! An absolutely delicious bottle of wine was left for us to enjoy, a nice touch thay was appreciated

Great host

We had a wonderful time. The location was great for walking around downtown. Home was clean and comfortable. We were traveling with a toddler and small child so the two steep flights of stairs were challenging. If I had noticed that in the description we would have known to acquire gates. However, we were happy to be there and Travis was a great communicator and host.

Cute place for a weekend stay!

The apartment was centrally located in Dover. It was an easy walk to the downtown restaurant and shops. Parking on the street was easy but you have to pay except after 8 and on Sundays. Common space was limited. Our family of 4 felt it was great for a weekend but not much longer. The owner, Travis, was quick to respond to questions and was a gracious host. There is a new bakery across the street that is AMAZING. Highly recommend for coffee and breakfast.

Unique, fun place to stay with character, but definitely only for able-bodied people. While the stairs are close to normal height, the steps themselves are short/narrow. Single bath was very nice for the place, though understandably could be limiting if more than a few people staying. Bedrooms are essentially in the finished attic space and have head height limits and mild floor uneveness. Deck leading to entry door needs significant repair. Overall unique, very decent, affordable place to stay for a weekend for a small group. Pay parking on the street. Didn't know where the laundry was location - ? basement or how to access, but we didn't need anyhow.

Perfect spot in Dover!

We we’re looking for a place close to UNH and found this perfect little spot in Dover. The property was exactly as advertised and the reviews were very accurate. The space was perfect for our family but can see where the stairs might be challenging for older folks. The unit was very clean, beds were comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Travis was an awesome host. He answered questions promptly and was very helpful. We will definitely keep this property in mind next time we are in the area. Colin & Jayna

This was a beautiful and clean apartment.

We loved our trip and the location. My only wish is that we knew about the 2 flights of very steep stairs. My husband has a very hard time with stairs due to injuries as does my mom (due to age). If my dad had come, we would have had to find a hotel. It was a really beautiful apartment other than that.

Great apartment stay in a good location

We stayed here for a weekend (me, my boyfriend and two kids-11 & 1 year old). The apartment was clean and cozy and had all the essentials needed. The host was very responsive. We would book it again if we plan to stay in the area another time.

Great location - LOTS of stairs

The place was perfect for us staying close to friends. It was a lovely clean little place. The porch outside needs to be replaced, it’s rickety. The stairs going up to the apartment and in the apartment up to the bedrooms are extremely steep and narrow. This is not a place for people who are elderly, have any mobility issues, or small children. It was hot when we were there and with only window AC it was loud. But the owners were thoughtful as the place is well stocked and quite comfortable.
