Family vacation

This is our 2nd year at deer park resort and this time we needed a smaller condo for just our family. This listing was perfect size for the 4 of us and a short walk to the lake and rec center. Deer park is a beautiful resort with everything you could need right on property. The condo was everything we asked for and the owner was very responsive to all my questions. Deer park is a short ride up the mountain to all the hikes and caves or the other direction to downtown with food and shopping. Perfect location! We had a great time and hope to be back in the future.

In the heart of the White Mountains

Comfortable and family friendly condo close to everything. The unit is well appointed and has updated kitchen, baths and furniture. Beds were comfortable and loved having a king for master with en suite. We all enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Close proximity to so many activities and restaurants. Care taker or cleaner could spend a little time on back deck getting it cleaned up so guests can use that space during summer months. Outdoor furniture needs replacement. Rec center facilities on property were okay. The pool was a bit chilly during our stay and the hot tub water was green so we didn’t use that. Small game room gave the kids a few minutes of fun. Nice pond to swim and float in.

Comfortable, clean home

We had a great time at the property. Quiet area but close to everything. It was absolutely spotless and had everything we could have wanted. Very comfortable king sized bed in our room, and a twin bunk over a full for my two kids was perfect. Each bedroom had their own bathroom. The owner was extremely receptive, and quick to respond when we requested towels or had any other questions. The fireplace, the deck, and the Roku were added wonderful touches! We also thoroughly enjoyed access to the indoor pool & hot tub.

Great Location & Accomodations

Condo is in a great location. Very quiet area. Close to many area attractions. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Owner was very easy to get in touch with. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend hiking trip

Great location to stay for hiking in the white mountains. Clean and quiet condo. Had everything we needed and more for a comfy stay.

I love the mountains but also love to be by the pond/lake for summer fuun. This property has both and I fell in love with the town and the resort. I have been here over five years and in the area for over ten years and each day is a new adventure!

Why they chose this property

A combination of mountains and beaches is impossible to find but it is here. still a quaint mountain town with great hiking, biking, adventure parks, shops and fine dining.
Spring fed beached and indoor gym and pool is an impossible rare treat!!
