Amazing Stay Once Again!

The condo is outdated with some areas in need of updating and/or repairs. But the location was lovely, it was very clean and reasonably priced. The pool next door is a great amenity!

A nice home with a great location!

This was everything I was expecting when I booked it. This was a first family vacation and we all enjoyed it thoroughly. Lincoln has a lot to offer especially if you're into hiking and outdoor adventures.

My family enjoyed our stay at the Riverview condo. The condo was well equipped, and had all of our checkboxes checked. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and on the river. I would highly recommend staying here and will possibly go back in the future.

Beautiful home and view

Can't beat the location - walk to South Peak!

Property was exactly as described. Only major downside is it's parking for 1 car. The location fits 8 people comfortably so you would think there would at least be 2 spots. But the photos and description are accurate, and if you're there for ski season it's like a 7 minute walk to the Timer Town lift at South Peak. Can't beat that!

Great Location for Skiing at Loon

The property was situated in a great location for access to Loon mountain. There was plenty of space for our family to engage with each other and to have their own space. The unit was stocked well but it could use a kitchen spatula and a refresh of some of the baking sheets that were past their prime). Information regarding parking options was confusing and location of trash disposal would be helpful.

Location, however would NEVER rent again, from packing tape holding a/c in place, to garbage disposal not working and smelling awful to wasting a full day waiting for call backs from Vacasa, and property manager….lesson learned

Could be perfection with a few minor updates!

Townhouse was in the perfect location. Great space on all 3 floors. About 30 steps to the river! Could be a real gem if a few things were updated. Screens work almost no where in the house including the only door to access the back yard. Bathrooms need a bit of a facelift. They are trying to grow grass (in august during a drought) and we were asked not to walk through the back yard, which is the only way to access the river…..
