Maison bien située, le rdc est très bien, un salon vu sur mer extra, des équipements cuisine et sam suffisant et bien. Les chambres devraient être relouquées, moquettes et tapisserie défraîchies sur la partie nuit, ménage a été superficiel ( hygiène literie moyenne) la chambre du sous sol est peu accessible .Pour résumer, la partie jour bien, la partie nuit moins bien

Nous faisons les travaux de rénovation petit à petit. Nous avons effectivement privilégié les pièces de vie, les salles de bain, la cuisine et des travaux indispensables mais peu visibles, électricité, portes, pompe à chaleur. Les papiers peintures de certaines chambres sont encore celles d'une maison familiale et demandent un peu d'indulgence. Les lits sont neufs ou en bon état.
